Great car buying experience for my daughter. BEST customer service I have ever experienced dealing with car sales. From the Manager- Jay, the Finance guy -Shane, and my Sales person - David. Good people. Good team. Great experience. Beautiful, affordable car. Highly recommend Leith Nissan for anyone in the market.

My wife and I bought a used Genesis G90 from this dealership. Friendly service from the folks there. It took FOREVER to do the purchase without any real explanation. When we left in the car they had used a detailing spray but it looked like they left it on. We had to take it straight to a car wash! They promised a full tank of gas...nope! But, what really ticked me off was that we bought the car with only one key fob and a promise from our salesman Derek Parker to get the second one from the previous owner. I thought maybe a week or two, right? Nope. I called repeatedly with several promises to look into it from Derek and sales managers. They NEVER RETURNED MY OR MY WIFES CALLS. after two months i called and confronted Derek about the issue and he told me that they provide what the car comes with. Why promise to look into it for two months? Why not just tell us in the beginning? My advice is get it in writing. If not, once they get their money you become invisible.

Have to shout out Stetson and the sales experience I had with him. He literally met me outside the door walking in with a super friendly attitude. He was super easy to talk with, I gave him what all I was looking for, and he took the care and attention to those details as we worked through finding the right car. If you’re looking for a solid experience without the skeevy car salesman vibes, and someone who genuinely seems to want to help you - go to Stetson!!!

Check your bill!Went in for an oil change, they tried to charge me $120 for. I said that's too high so they "found" a coupon for me to bring it to 90. But they tacked on fees like "document storage" for an extra 2 dollars as well as "customer pay supplies for repair order" for 8.99 despite already having the itemized parts and labor on a separate page.Yeah they give you a customary car wash but just saying watch your bill. Went here because it was around the block, but Michael Jordan Nissan in Durham treated me much better.

if I could go lower than a 1 star I would. Jeremiah was the man who "helped" me get into the vehicle I thought I wanted. come to find out it was the worse deal he's ever made in history. that car wasn't worth anything of the sort. he is a con artist and I would never recommend him to my worse enemy. that's all, beware.

If you're from out of state don't bother trying to buy a car from here. They do NOT accept deposits to hold vehicles (not even 24hrs so I could fly there) and were not transparent about other prospective buyers despite my asking. I booked a flight and hotel, sent them confirmation and on my way to the airport they told me someone else bought the car. I also had to speak with 4 different reps who MAYBE communicated with each other.

Glad they fixed recalls on my vehicle without issues, however their scheduling department for service leaves much to be desired when they call you at 7 am on a Saturday to schedule additional service and don't research what you actually brought your vehicle in for beforehand.

I had a mixed experience here. I came in to test drive a Rogue. The sales rep was nice for the most part, which is why I won't call his name out. He definitely made the test drive memorable with his charisma/wit. I took off a couple of stars because he seemed to be bothered by the fact that I wanted a specific interior color that they didn't have available at the time. He asked me why I was so persistent on it. I wasn't persistent at all. I told him what I was looking for when he asked me, and when he kept showing me other car colors, I simply told him that's not what I wanted. It's not so much what he said, it's how he said it...as if I was being problematic (??).Nissan, tell your sales people that unless they are giving me the car for free, don't act like it's such a big deal when I stick to what I want. Cars are not cheap things, especially brand new ones, so if there's something specific I want (especially something like the COLOR of the car) then that's what it is. Don't talk to me like I'm being too picky just because you don't have what I'm looking for.

All members of the sales team from salesperson to general sales manager to finance manager followed a very thorough and professional process to be sure I was choosing the correct car for me and worked well to provide me with a satisfactory deal. Very happy with this dealership and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Was a typical oil change appointment. No issues with that, it went pretty smoothly.Couple of things that I thought could be handled better1. As a part of the multi-point inspection, mostly the mileage is looked at and general guidance/recommendation is provided. Its not very helpful. It would help if the recommendations provided are verified manually if indeed in any need of change. Otherwise, this is just not an efficient exercise.2. If the car wash is broken which seems to happen all the times at Nissan service centers across the country, they need to provide free wash at a local car wash in the area

Worst customer service I’ve ever come across from a dealership. I had a 9:45am appointment for just an oil change. I waited well over 2.5 hours and it hasn’t even been worked on yet. What’s the point of taking appointments if you aren’t going to work on it at that time. Also, I’ve only owned my Rogue for 8 months and I have one tire that is nearly bald. I asked what they can do since I bought this new. I was told there’s nothing they can do and I have to take it up with Nissan directly. Lastly, included in my sale in order to keep the oil changes at no charge I’m responsible for following their guidelines for certain mileage maintenance. I have no problem with that. Today I was told I need to replace the cabin air filter and their price is $99. I told the desk clerk I would get it at Advance Auto for $32 and I was told refusal to purchase at the dealership will void the agreement. So, I have been waiting over 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change, a bald tire they won’t address, and being forced to overpay for their parts rather. I will never buy another car from this Nissan or any other Leith dealership.EDIT: Adding an edit since I received a call from management after I left. The manager and I discussed the tire situation and all he would offer was to work on a deal to purchase new tires. I told him if I bought those tires at a tire shop and I had the amount of wear on them in under a year, they would most likely be warrantied. He disagreed. When we discussed purchasing the air filter he went on to say that we know the cost of oil changes today and that complimentary oil changes are a cost benefit, so in order to stay in compliance with the free oil changes, parts must be purchased through them. In this instance it is just a cabin air filter and a $60 difference in cost but my problem is the costs of what to come. As my mileage increases and more maintenance is needed the difference, with the higher costs and margins from dealership shops, there's no telling what that ballooned cost may turn out to be. Before I ended the call I informed him I notified Nissan Consumer Affairs and will not be back for service or to purchase another vehicle. I will gladly forfeit "free" oil changes over principle.

Out of all Nissan Service Departments I've experienced in thee past, none of them come even close to the high quality of service I received from this location. This was my first time at this location and they solidified a long-term customer! Vince, my service advisor, was extremely prompt, communicative, patient, and unbelievably kind; he made the entire process stress-free. Tiago, my service technician, deserve all good things this life has to offer him! He went above and beyond to ensure I was fully informed on EVERYTHING related to my current services and future services. He spent an additional 20 minutes walking me through everything in a way that was easy to understand & digest. These guys are the real deal. This is a place that puts people first-- not their wallets.

My experience was amazing. Me and my wife and son arrived around 1:30 pm and left a little after 7 pm with a new car. They did not force me into any sales tactics and were upfront when they said they couldn’t match my banks APR and did not waste my time by making me wait either or buy extra packages. We waited a few hours as I know they have to do there due dilegence as well before handing us over a new car with only a few grand down but Ricky was a great guy (funny as well) and kept us entertained while we waited. We will be traveling back to Leith Nissan for all our future car needs

Went in for an oil change and got what I needed done. Driving back, I notice my settings changed. This doesn't normally bother me but when you change my settings like the blind spot monitor, lane departure, the pics, etc. All the safety settings were turned off or down. The ahole tech needs to be fired because that's just malicious behavior.
