Leith Nissan found the exact car I wanted. Searched all their dealerships to find it. Brought it over, detailed it and drove it off the lot all in the same day. Devon Shuba did a great job and recommend him to anyone.

*Update: after the review the sales manager reached out to me directly. He was very friendly and helpful and put me in touch with someone who was also very courteous and helpful and got me the needed information very quickly. It appears the internet sales team may have been the issue and not the in store reps. I really appreciated them reaching out so quickly and being so helpful. Changed my rating to 5 star because they cared enough to reach out and make it right. Thanks so much!

I was very interested in purchasing a car but too far to drive in without additional info about the car first. I reached out and someone replied from internet team immediately. They told me they would connect me with someone in the morning. Someone did reach out and say they were getting the info I needed the next morning. 4 hours later I still hadn’t heard back. I called dealership twice and was told someone else would help me. Never got the info. Emailed the contact again twice(all in the same day) and I was told “due to volume of people in showroom, they weren’t able to help me until Monday, if the car was still available.” This is terrible customer service. I am a paying customer also and was treated differently because I wasn’t onsite.

Recently bought a Pathfinder and I love how it drives and all the safety features it has. My salesman, Josh Suter, was great and helped me find the right vehicle for me. Overall the buying process was really easy and they gave me a great price on the car.

My dad, Billy, bought a Frontier there. My mom, Margaret, bought a Rouge at the same time. They said the entire business was fantastic, from management , to the salesperson were great. The general manager, financial manager, and their salesperson Devon were extremely nice and helpful.

Always get used vehicles inspected by an independent mechanic! A family member bought a used car from this dealer. The engine overheated and had no coolant in it within a couple of days. Talked to service department and dealer's service dept. will not even look at the vehicle though he had it less than a week. The car needs new head gaskets, brake repair, has a corroded battery and had a broken lug nut stem. He is a young adult and thought he'd be able to trust a car from Leith would be in working condition. Lesson learned the hard way. Definitely have vehicles inspected prior to purchase from this or any other dealer.

Disappointed that as many services as I’ve had done here they wouldn’t honor a 10% service coupon. I didn’t realize I had to book during certain hours to use it or I would have done that. Satisfying a loyal customer should have been more of a priority in my opinion, especially when I don’t even live close to this location anymore yet still choose to do business here, but no problem. I will not get the other services I need done here because customer service is everything to me

Sold me a car with no coolant in it and an overheating engine. Refused to even look at the problem or offer any assistance. How do you even not have coolant in a car.

Two things are covered in this post, the sale and after
These are the stars (*****) per person
The sale part was 5 stars
The reason I went with Leith Nissan, was my salesman (*****)Ricky Alston. I followed him from MJN and had previously purchased a Frontier and a Titan through him and we have a great relationship.
(*****) The finance side with Luigi Galeazzi was a breeze and he was great at getting me the best deals.
(*****) Josh Colucci appraisal and overseeing of the sale was great.
(*****) The greeting ladies at the entry desk are very nice and very helpful.
(*****) The prepper of washing and cleaning the truck did great what he could to clean the truck before I took it home. He had to clean glitter from the front of the cab.

(short story) After the sale and the bumper fiasco drops it by two stars, but some of the people will have higher stars because they tried everything in their power to fix the problem. But they could only do so much within their power or job description.
On The 20th of Jan when I got home I noticed my bumper and I sent (*****)Ricky pictures of the bumper he said that they'll get it fixed and a rental for the day when they get it into a shop. I told him that I strongly believe it was the hitch.
Went to Caliber in Cary on the 23rd of Jan to get an estimate.
Got a call from (*****) Bryan Neal and(*****) Craig Carnes service mgr to bring the truck in on the 6th of Feb for the day. Got the truck back later that day (close to COB) and noticed the bumper was about the same. Due to dental appts I was going to be in Cary on the 8th I stopped at Caliber and talked with the tech and mgr and we all came to an agreement and understanding that it was the hitch and that there was no way to adjust it and it had to be replaced, there was no damage, it was a bad hitch( it happens. So, went back to LN and talked with(***) Josh Colucci and informed him the bumper has not improved and to come to see it for himself. I showed him and informed him about the discussion I had with Caliber about the hitch being warped from the factory. He said he needed to make a few calls and with Nissan about it. I said I need my truck for a trip coming up and I'll help pay half to get the new hitch( even though it's a brand new truck and I should have to, this comes back to bite me). I went home and really wasn't mad about it, just wanted it fixed. So, got a call from Ricky again to bring the truck in for a few days and get my rental on the 13th of Feb. They had a few more shops they want to try, and I said no problem. Dropped off the truck and got my rental on the 13th. Now, on the 15th I was headed home and noticed my rental agreement was going to expire at 759am on the 16th, since dropping the truck off I hadn't heard any updates or status. Now, the whole time leading up to the 15th I was watching my truck via Nissan connect and noticed it went to a few places and it was in LN service bays on the 15th. I thought hey maybe they are putting on the new hitch or got it fixed, nope. I got to LN and went straight to Josh and asked for a story and the status of my truck. I was informed everyone has tried everything and the chief mechanic was stumped, also Nissan wasn't helping. By then I was beyond pissed. He was going to see if there were any updates and I turned in my rental car to the nice lady. Josh comes back with the (*****)Jimmy Estes parts mgr to reexplain the same issues of no one knowing what to do. I had more than enough. I said I'll replace the hitch myself and said I want my truck back and I'm done with all of this. I asked Jimmy to find me a hitch and I didn't care where it was I'll go get it. Jimmy goes and looks up the cost and lets me know it is 361 and could be here on the Fri the17th, I said great. Josh got my truck. Friday bought my hitch made a YouTube video and installed it. It was the hitch the whole time and looks great

The last Nissan vehicle I purchased was in 2007 and I haven't had any problems with it other than normal wear and tear. Recently, I decided to take a look at what's new, so I visited the dealership. Kazya was friendly and professional. He was patient as I looked around and asked questions. We found a vehicle I liked and Kazya treated me with respect as I asked so many questions. Now keep in mind that I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 17 years. Needless to say, things are quite different now. It was absolutely a pleasure working with Kayza and I thank him for his kindness.

I called to purchase a vehicle from them, the internet price was lites at 13,241.00 and i asked for them to drop it to 13,000 even because of the pretty decent size dent in the back.
The first salesman i talked to said he would ask he never texted me back.
The second one i talked to after i called back later that afternoon said that the price was already adjusted to account for a dent. Which is fine but at the same time a load of crap because dealership can handle that in house for cheaper.
End state they don't work with customers from my POV or keep in contact. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They let 241 dollars stop them from a sell.

My Kia unexpectedly was a goner. I went to Leith Nissan with a price point I didn't want to go over for monthly payments. Devon was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and at what price point. He found me a SUV that matched what I wanted and more and below my price point. I will return when I'm ready to trade up. Very professional while also making sure the customer is completely satisfied. I appreciate all your effort.

I was recently in need of a new vehicle, didn't want the run around nor high prices. I spoke with and worked with Alston Kornegay over the course of a few days, and he was approachable and knowledgeable.
He didn't try to force me into something I didn't want or something outside of my budget. He gave good reviews of cars and other vehicles he thought wouldn't fit, and those that would.
Then when it was learned someone else was interested in the vehicle I wanted, we got to the paperwork asap. I left with the vehicle, and would buy from him again.
