We are buying a car from here right now and it is been over 2 hours and they haven't even got us back in the finance office yet The salesman was great. He was a 10 out 10 But waiting around over two hours and counting to get back to the closing guy because they are understaffed as ridiculous. Not sure we would buy here again. Just doesn't seem to be a concerned about getting us back. This is a joke. We should just tell them never mind It's hard to add stars because the salesman was so good and the rest of the service is absolutely been unacceptable. So therefore, the one star is only because of the service not because of the salesman.

Today, I visited a dealership with the hope of learning more about Acura and potentially making a purchase. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The sales team appeared disinterested in showing me any cars, even after discussing my budget. I had to take the initiative to request a test drive. It felt as if my presence was an inconvenience to them. The overall atmosphere in the showroom was uncomfortable, to say the least. On a positive note, the receptionist was kind enough to share some valuable details about the cars, explaining the differences in models and packages. If I decide to pursue Acura further, I'll be exploring other dealerships in search of a more welcoming experience. The funniest part was after discussing my budget sales representative mentioned he had to go grab something from his office but never returned after waiting in the showroom. ??

I took our 2024 Acura MDX Type-S in for an early oil change (I know, I know.....I'm old school!) Kayleah (probably butchered her name and apologize but I remember how to pronounce it!) was an amazing service advisor. She totally gets it and provided an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end and even took the time to show me a few tips and tricks about the MDX that I had no idea about. Amazing all around experience. Thanks so much!!!

We had a great experience with this dealer. We were helped by Sean. When we first walked in, he was super helpful and gave us really good information and seemed super honest. He called us a few days later to let us know that there was a car that they wanted to move and had a discount. All in all we loved the service we received, got a great deal, and are happy with our new car.

We are so happy with all of the services Leith offers, that we came back and bought our most recent car there again. Eric Rich has worked with us for years and the service department always is welcoming.The little things like having coffee and water available. The cleanliness of the common areas and restrooms makes any service wait more comfortable.

Service department is à la cart they have everything overpriced and separate. They rotate tires balanced them, unless you pay extra fee for careful and read everything.

Ashley Taylor is the absolute best service advisor! She is extremely patient and takes time to fully explain every detail of my car and its service needs. Julie Rogerson was outstanding to work with. I had looked at the same car with a competing dealership and the level of knowledge and experience with Julie blew them out of the water. I would recommend anyone looking to upgrade or get a new car to work with her as it was a simple and quick process to trade in my old lease and leave same day with the new car we made a deal on 10/10!!!

I discovered the car in the right trim and color that I wanted on your website - it's nice to see an accurate reflection of your inventory. I exchanged emails with Carly Byers, then Michael Draper, then Kevin Pile and in relatively short time had a purchase agreement sent to me with the agreed-upon options and price. It was a delight to engage with professional, informed, and helpful employees. The tropical storm delayed my picking up the car by a couple of days but the delivery went smoothly and the car is a delight.

Sean Hurley educated this long-time Honda owner to Acura. Retirement in the horizon we wanted the integrity of a Honda but wanted something a bit more luxurious; a quieter ride. Sean patiently explained in detail the different packages of the MDX and the RDX. The RDX Advance delivered what we were looking for. Sean has continued to offer support and help after the sale. We really knew nothing more than Acura was a step up from Honda when we arrived at the dealership. However, when we left and verified all that Sean had noted as fact… Google… he called the next day to say 2RDX Advance had just come in… we looked and brought it home the next day. Thank you Sean and Acura retirement will be a bit sweeter given the smooth ride.I would have never known Sean was new to Acura if he had never told me. He knew SO much!
