I have had the pleasure of working with Rich and Gabbie the last few weeks at Lazy Boy of Cary. We are redoing our reception room at our office. Rich is the salesman and Gabbie the designer. They put together a great full design for us including 8 chairs, sofa, coffee table, sofa table, end tables, lamps, art work and rug as well as suggesting our new paint color. They are so easy to work with and Gabbie put together a 3 D design presentation that made it easy to visualize our future space! We love all they have suggested and cannot wait to get our pieces once everything is made! I enthusiastically recommend this team if you are looking to do any of your room makeovers!

After doing research on line, we went to the La-Z-Boy showroom to test the sofas we chose in person. Rich was very helpful showing us exactly what we requested and even offered another option, which we loved! He made the purchasing process very clear and easy! Highly recommend!

Just purchased two recliners today. Worked with Faye, who was extremely knowledgeable, very attentive to what I was looking for, and very pleasant to work with. I don’t believe I’ve worked with as nice a sales person as Faye in quite a long time! Great selection at this store at reasonable price prices.

Had such a great experience buying out sofa. They had a fantastic selection for us to sit on and experience so that we were able to sit before we bought. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a comfy well made sofa.

Can’t review the couch just yet—expect sometime in Dec 2024. However, working with Stephanie (sales) and Gabby (decorator) was very nice. They were friendly and professional and also caring. Ask for them if you go to the Crossroads store in Cary! Additionally the Manager is awesome.
