I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come here in the morning to get a coffee and the doors are locked and nobody’s inside a couple hours into the dayshift. I get it people have things come up, but I learned not to put my coffee in the hands of this particular Circle K anymore.

This gas station on 1032 North Harrison in Cary has to be one of the worst gas stations I’ve visited..Was in a rush and attempted to use the pump, but the pump wouldn’t accept my points, nor would it accept any payment method. The screen kept saying to see the cashier. I went inside and was told their system is malfunctioning. They said to wait a little bit, and the system would be back up. When I asked how long, the girl said “oh, probably 20 minutes; you can hang out for a minute,” as if I had 20 minutes to waste standing around in there. I dropped back by about 3 hours later, and they said their system was malfunctioning again!! The same girl made a smart aleck remark to me: “You seem like bad luck; it went down as soon as you walked in.” And she said, “Maybe if you leave, it’ll come back on.”

Used to stop here every morning but i guess the manager is incapable of keeping the store open. And I guess this region's district manager doesn't care either. Hey circle k here's an idea maybe pay your employees a decent wage so they actually show up to open the store in the morning? 12 of the last 15 business days this store has been closed at 7am. Pathetic.

This location is not open 24 hours, and is never open past maybe 7. It’s currently 6 am and the doors still aren’t open!!! Whenever I ride by the lights are always off so who knows why. also the staff is pretty iffy and rude so I wouldn’t even bother. You’re better off going to the sheetz down the road.

The doors are always locked during regular business hours. Don't waste your time going there, you most likely won't get in. Staff are terrible and clearly don't care.

We stopped by this Circle K convenience store and Shell gas station, on our way back to Chapel Hill from Cary, to fill up. It's about six minutes away from I-40 exit 287 (Harrison Avenue - Cary). This Shell station has eight pumps. At first, I tried to use pump 6, but it wouldn't take my card. I then realized there was a handwritten note on pump 6 that said to pay inside. I walked to pump 8 and noticed pump 8 did not have a sign that said the same, so I used pump 8 instead. I paid at the pump as I normally do with my card. I had no issues except the fuel gloves and paper towels were all out on the side of the station I was on. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, I use a paper towel to touch gas pump buttons and handles. It was nice they actually had a box of fuel gloves. Costco is the only other place I've seen them. Too bad they were out of both gloves and paper towels. I filled up for $3.419 per gallon of premium, which was expensive. Using the app GetUpside, I was able to get $0.19 per gallon back. The Circle K convenience store is small. The property has an automatic car wash. Around 10:15 PM on a Saturday night, I felt safe enough here.

I have been a customer here for years and have seen the improvement in selection over the years. Their donuts are excellent, and the service is quick and friendly.

Terrible service rude employees I went to put in gas and used my card they charged my card and said that I didn’t and if it was charged my bank will give it back I called my bank and they said the charges are not pending so they stole my money I would reccomend the circle k across the street I used my card and no problems I even picked up the gas nozzle

This place has a woman called twin that is very rude. She discriminated against my mother. Because she doesnt like Hispanics. We will never spend our money here again!

Stop here a lot to get gas, gas prices are generally standard comparable to the area. The store is small, clean and the attendants are helpful. The pumps almost always have paper printed receipts which I like (a lot of them make you go inside to get the receipt). But this is well maintained. Located strategically to many businesses, the convenience of gassing up a vehicle bEfore hittiing I-40 is wonderful.

I used to stop by here all the time. I always had a five star experience and the staff was always polite and helpful. The coffee is always brewing and hot and the store is extremely clean and well stocked. The prices of merchandise is very responsible for a convince station. Gas prices aren’t bad either. Over all a great location worth of 5 stars

Be aware of skimmers! Had debit card details stolen days ago. Police is saying this station is targeted by thieves, so better stay away from it.
