This place is sensational! I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a car ever! Beautiful building with an atmosphere that doesn't make you feel like you are at a car dealership. Jamie was extremely nice and knowledgeable and yet was never pushy. He had all the attributes of a great sales man without any of the negative traits. I am proud and thrilled to now be a Subaru owner and I love everything about my 2021 Crosstrek.

So I had my car serviced for the second time. The first time I had oil all over my hood. My thoughts okay it happens. Today. Had it all over my driver door. The rep seen it and I did mention my disappointment of that.. I wipe it off there in the garage bay. I get home direct sun light I have oil prints all over my car. Added a few pics of just one side.... furthermore my wife's car was also serviced at the same time. 23 wrx and 23 crosstrek. Her car is covered in oil prints as well..I can understand some finger marks on the hood as that's prolly gonna happen but all 4 sides of the car covered and to top that off u can see where they used a mechanics rag just to attempt to wipe it off "see attached picture" only to scratch paint or leave swirl marks...We didn't buy our cars from johnson because they didn't work with us on msrp prior we went elsewhere and bought both cars cash at invoice.Obviously that carrys over to their care of a person's vehicles in maintenance.My mistake.We will not be returning.Update after closer look also scratched my car door where the oil was smeared..

This is my first ever google review because it’s worth it- John Moore was hugely helpful in helping me navigate buying a certified preowned Subaru Outback. I was incredibly anxious about the entire process as it was my first time buying a car through a dealership and he was kind, patient, helpful, and not at all like the sleazy car salesman stereotype. He encouraged me to take my time and whatever decision was right for me. I would highly recommend John to absolutely anyone looking for a new or used car.

I live 2 hours from here but will be returning despite the distance! I had been to 3 different Subaru dealers near the surrounding areas, and this one by far was the best!!The environment is clean and comfortable, and the people are all very friendly! I want to give praise to my salesman Feras though! He was super helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions I asked! And my finance manager Johnny Watson was very kind and made sure my signing process was smooth!Thank you all for a wonderful experience!!

This has been a nightmare experience. I’ve wanted a Subaru forever. Kids finally grown decided to splurge. We were misled when adding extra packages. Then my mats weren’t ordered for months and finally six months later the leather is cracking. I’ve had cars for over a decade the leather never cracked. It’s impossible to get a decent answer from anyone. They all ‘want’ to help, but don’t. First negative review I’ve ever done. That says everything in my book.

The service department at this dealership worked with me to $AVE money and I could not be happier! This is what I call SUPERIOR SERVICE!Super surprised at how helpful and professional the maintenance folks at Johnson Subaru of Cary are. Usually I have to go to my local mechanic to get such good service at such a fair price. But the issue I had required I “go to the dealer.” I had to go to Subaru because CPU calibration is proprietary.The service department helped me diagnose the issue and were perfectly fine with my buying and installing my own aftermarket part and them recalibrating it.

I bought a pre owned car from this dealership. The alternator turned is weak, but this dealership hided this fact, and confirmed everything was good. Trying to reach the dealership for this issue, but they just ignored. I do not know much about cars, and thus decided to buy from dealership. It turned out this dealership is not honest.

Samuel provided excellent service from start to finish as I received the kind of customer service I have come to expect from Subaru! Being out of town and breaking a tail light on our new car on the second leg of a 4 legged trip was a reason for worry. Especially to a new vehicle!Sam took our problem in stride checking on if he had the part and if we had a Surbaru service by us if he didn't. He also checked the lights to make sure that they were functioning if he didn't have the part. He had it and on a Wednesday at noon, he said he could take care of my car. He showed me to their beautiful waiting area and explained it would be a bit of time but that he would do his best. While his guys worked on the back lamp, he also did a 12 point check on the vehicle to make sure that we were in good shape for our next legs of the trip. Great job Johnson Subaru! You showed caring , class and excellent customer service! Thank you Samuel!

I had the best experience I have ever had purchasing a 2023 forester from Johnson Subaru. My sales advisor, Marlon green, was very professional and down to earth which made the process of buying a new vehicle stress free and actually very enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about him. If you need a new reliable car and an experience that makes you feel special go see my man Marlon. Thomas and Chris were also very helpful and friendly which continued my excellent experience! They are fair with pricing and don’t ever make you feel pressured. They give you a goodie bag full of cool stuff and take you on a tour of the whole facility. On top of all of this, I am in love with my new forester and have no buyers regret which is something I get all of the time. Thanks Johnson Subaru. You have a customer for life!!!!

This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to along with Johnson Lexus of Cary. There is literally zero hassle from anyone and you’re not bum rushed by a salesman the second you pull up. Every question was answered quickly and they work with you to get the best deal possible. No secret add ons or way over priced vehicles. Will definitely be going back for my next vehicle as well as my sons in a few years when he turns 16.

I had to bring my car here twice for service issues. Dave was the person overseeing the repairs.He was extremely helpful even though he was super busy still took the time to communicate directly with me for that personal touch. In my experience, it takes an extreme professional to keep a high standard like that under pressure.The waiting area was really comfortable and accommodating. Hopefully there’s no further issues with my car but if there is, I’ll definitely bring it back here.

Great car buying experience. Never felt pressured. Everything was explained well. Beat of all, when they realized we would be waiting a while for financing, they worked with us to set an appointment for us to complete the sale rather than sitting around until 11pm.

We had a FANTASTIC buying experience at Johnson Subaru! Everyone from reception-finance was excellent. A special shout out to our sales consultant, Greg Jackson and Matt (in finance) for their pleasant, no hassle, helpful and extremely professional approach. Today we received a "post sale" call from Greg to thank us and make sure we are fully satisfied. Nice touch!
