Best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone I dealt with at the dealer was knowledgeable, professional and treated my wife and I like we were part of the Johnson family. They will be my first stop in the future when I need a car .

Disappointing and odd first visit that felt like we were a bothersome inconvenience to them. We stopped in specifically to check out a Genesis G70. We were the only ones there. We were greeted and asked if we had an appointment. We didn't realize their dealership required an appointment to look at their cars. He, however, unenthusiastically proceeded to trouble a salesman to help us. He explained to the salesman we were interested in the G70. He informed us that they had a "stop sale" placed on all G70s except for the 2025 model. There was one 2025 parked in front of the door. We looked around the outside of it while the salesman stood there. We ask him what the vehicles were recalled for. He said "I have no idea." We then noticed the one we were looking at was on hold. We all stood around a little longer. I asked if there were any others that we might look at. He said, "Yes, what did you want to do?" He seemed rather bothered to be with us and not quite attentive to the concept of showing a car and selling one. I replied, "Gee, I don't know...maybe actually take a look at one of the cars, get in one, see how it looks and feels." It sort of hit me as a rather odd and silly question. He then seemed annoyed and said he didn't know which vehicle I was interested in. I said "like the one we are looking at and asked about?" He replied, "oh I just thought you were reading the sticker." I told him okay thanks and sorry to have interrupted him and gave him back his card as I wouldn't be needing it. Business must be really really good.

My experience at Genesis Cary has by far been MY BEST car buying experience to date.
The customer service at Genesis Cary is unmatched and consistent regardless of the roles. I worked directly with Cameron Howze, who greeted me when I walked in and listened to my car needs to find me the right SUV for the right price. He is very knowledgable about the models, trim packages, maintenance, and helped me find the right car in the inventory. Highly recommend working directly with Cameron for your car buying needs.
Darrion Underwood - the finance director can run all the numbers better than a calculator. Be transparent about your budget, and he will explain and break down payment options, loan rates, and financial planning related to your purchase. He also explained the different maintenance packages and options to help me decide on what made the most sense for my car's longevity and my budget.
The technical expert took his time and explained every single feature of my car's console with ease and patience. That level of care and detail is needed for all Genesis models and he made very easy.
Overall, the experience was easy and painless and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a luxury car that wants to an luxury buying experience.
