By far the worst dealership and experience we've ever done business with. After purchasing 3 cars from them in the last 4 years, not to mention at least a dozen total from Leith dealerships, we were lied to, manipulated, and strung along only to have our vehicle sold out from under us. Take your business to the Raleigh dealership or to Flow in Greensboro. This dealership has gone completely downhill and is not worth your time.

I am so disappointed in my transaction at Range Rover in Cary. I feel as if they are a great dealership if you want a dealership to stop caring the moment they have your money.I was disappointed with their inadequate detailing service on a purchased vehicle, their failure to restore a cracked windshield that wasn’t observed or disclosed at purchase and the fact that this previously unknown crack now is their reasoning behind their pricing.Last week I test drove a 2020 Ranger in Cary and loved it- so in the evening we paid cash for the vehicle. The sales person advised that it was late so they wouldn’t be able to detail the car until the next day. Understanding, we left to return the next day.Once I arrived to take possession of the vehicle, it had not been detailed. As Alan, the sales person, went over the vehicle with me, a crack in the window was observed. Alan assured me that it would be “taken care of” “no worries”. He even took a picture of it and went to get his manager, Chris. Chris also assured me that it would be taken care of and asked me to return again on Friday.As I began to return again home with a dirty vehicle and now a cracked windshield, I decided to check if they had put the 30 day tag on with all the commotion with their promises about the windshield. They had not. I had to turn back around and Alan installed the tag. Alan took pictures of the state of the car’s interior and assured me that the detailing and window would be taken care of on Friday.Chris, the manager, apologized when I dropped the car at the dealership on Friday but assured me that all would be taken care of.When we returned, yet again, to the dealership on Saturday- the car was cleaner however the crack was not repaired.The disappointments in the service at Range Rover in Cary just keep coming. At this point, neither Alan nor Chris were at the dealership and so another employee placed me in a loaner and kept my Range Rover.Today, 7 days after purchasing a car from Range Rover in Cary, I get a call from Alan. He wants to pick up the loaner and deliver mine. He says it had been cleaned but the windshield was the best that they could do. He says that the price “indicates the crack in the windshield’ which is really strange because they acted so surprised when I pointed out the crack before accepting possession of the vehicle. They did offer a discount if I wanted to pay them for a new windshield.Bottom line is- I feel like they took my money and then were careless and unprofessional with the remainder of our transaction. I am truly disappointed in this dealership.

Thomas my salesman was great! The rest of the dealership not so much! The 2109 Infiniti q60 had non matching tires from front to back and the front tires outermost tread was worn almost all the way down to nothing and the dealership refused to replace them! I arrived at the dealership without needing financing and I was still there for 3 hours! The man doing the paperwork was very pushy on their extended warranty and protection plans after I told him I was not interested in them! I only got one key fob and I also had to change the oil and filter after my purchase because it had not been serviced and was showing 1551 miles till service is due! They did fill it up with gas at less! The car is in very good condition had it not been I would not have bought it! The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of Thomas, if not for him it would be 1 star!

I purchased a Jaguar E Pace from John Wahba and could not be happier with the service I received. I handled my own financing so it took a little longer than normal but John and Pete did a lot of the work for me so that was much appreciated. The level of service is top notch, just like my car!

Purchased our 6th Rover from Land Rover, Cary and this was by far the easiest purchase we’ve made. This was a long distance sale, so we had a lot of questions and requested several phone conversations, as well as FaceTime calls. Our salesman, John Wahba, never pressured us and patiently waited for our lead to move forward, making us feel at ease. He was straightforward about all of the details, from the condition of the vehicle to every penny on the sales agreement. John went the extra mile, literally delivering our Range Rover within one day of our decision. To top it off, the gorgeous SUV arrived with a pleasant transport driver who helped finalize the deal and passed along a sweet “goodie bag” full of Land Rover fan gear! We’re so thankful to have stumbled across a great dealership like Land Rover, Cary where they know what they’re doing!

This is our second purchase from Land Rover of Cary and our second with Logan Stanley. We will be there for number three soon. We are not from the area and Logan delivered the new Defender to us at our convenience. Our entire deal was done by phone and email. It’s was a pleasure last time to be in their dealership but this time we didn’t even have to make the trip. Logan treated us like we were his most important customer put us on a level like we had just purchased a million dollar car. The deal was more than fair and as promised a year ago, our first Land Rover held its value. Thank you to Logan and the entire staff for making our family a priority. David, Kim and Brandi Leggett.

I had the pleasure of working with Mark at Land Rover Cary location. He patiently explained the features and options available for the car I was interested in, making the decision-making process much easier. His communication was clear, and he answered all of my questions with great details. My overall experience with Mark was outstanding. He made the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Mark to anyone in search of a new vehicle.

The entire Team at Land Rover Cary were great. Our salesman Mr. Patrick Ingraham was professional, courteous, and assisted us through the entire process from start to finish, especially seeing most of the sale was completed via phone and email. He stayed in constant contact with us. The vehicle was ready for us when we arrived to pick it up. He went through the entire vehicle features with us and the entire finance process went smoothly because he listened to what our needs were. He is 10 rating to my wife and I. We also appreciate a manager for holding the vehicle for us for over four days, seeing we couldn't get out there until the weekend and the normal hold for vehicles is 48 hours. It shows the trust they had in us. The Business Manager, Mr. Nash was also great, he advised, not push the products, which made us very comfortable. We purchased the Key Fob plan because of his explanation of the plan and because we always damage our key fob. The entire Team and place was great. My wife said it was the cleanest business bathroom she has ever been in and the receptionist even congratulated us for the purchase. Thank you again for the smooth purchase and entire team, especially Patrick. Keep up the great work!!

My fiancée and I recently had a very pleasant experience with Land Rover Cary. We worked with John Wahba to purchase a CPO Defender and the entire experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove off the lot was great. We felt taken care of and listened to, and the team was very patient with us in answering our questions during the test drive and purchase process. Overall a very, very good dealership experience!

The garage supplied a loan car while mine was being serviced. This is an invaluable service as a customer it keeps me mobile as a company it allows you to have customers try your other products.The information about the work was current and timely thank you for keeping me informed along the way. This made sure there were no surprises in costs. But also use of videos and verbal descriptions helped me understand the issues. Thank you

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Land Rover Cary and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked onto the lot I was greeted by a friendly salesman who made me feel welcome.Patrick, my salesman, was incredibly patient and attentive to my needs. He took the time to understand my preferences. He was never pushy or aggressive, but rather focused on finding the perfect car that met all my requirements.The dealership had an impressive selection of vehicles. Patrick was well-versed in the features and specifications of the cars, and was able to answer all my questions with ease.On the day of pickup, the car was impeccably cleaned and ready for me to drive off the lot. Patrick took the time to walk me through all the features of the car and ensured that I was comfortable with its operation before I left. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to check if everything was going well and if I had any further questions.Overall, my car buying experience at Land Rover Cary was outstanding. I would highly recommend Land Rover Cary to anyone in search of a new or used car, as they have proven themselves to be a dealership that cares about their customers.

I walked in late this afternoon and was first greeted by the receptionist who was incredibly nice. I then met my sales consultant Thomas. I told him I wanted to look at a 19 BMW 5 series and the next thing you know it’s in my driveway! (That’s a good thing) I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Thomas as well as the entire staff. If you’re in the market for a luxury vehicle then please call and ask for Thomas, I promise you he’ll take great care of you!
