Where to start , i deleted my original post about this situation to spare them out of respect but now im going to talk. AVOID service here, I used to work in sales here and used to have my OWN friend in service take care of my RANGE ROVER which was in FLAWLESS condition . One day i brought the car in for a simple oil change trusting all was well…2 days later i out of curiosity check the oil level to find out i am missing 5 quarts of oil with NO trace of anything on the ground or lower skid plate…very suspicious to me so i asked them what happened and then was LIED to about a $7509 repair which money was not the issue ever. I then took my car to an independent shop where they verified their quote about “Timing Cover and Valve Cover Leaking Oil” was NEVER an issue ever…i reached out to the tech and service manager demanding answers as i threatened to get an attorney involved all to have them get mad at ME for confronting them and telling me you cannot service here anymore. Long story short they will lie and take advantage of you if you are out of warranty and i STAND on this review and my independent shop BACKED ME up on this situation as well as MULTIPLE other people. I’m sure they will say I’m a “ex disgruntled employee” to save face but i have proof of everything…i will not press charges at all but i want to be HONEST and shed light on a situation that was very messed up and how they BLAMED me for defending myself…AND THEY DELETED this review…they have yet to reach out to me or apologize like a good business would.

My husband and me, went to find a new car and Abdul Amin did an amazing job with us helping us to get our new Land Rover Velar 2025, this guy did an amazing job and worked with us on a Saturday until late night, super professional, patient Abdul take care any single detail any single question he did answer professional I recommend Land Rover and Cary and 100% go up Abdul Amin.

Took my Range Rover Velar in because the back driver door handle was not retracting in when locked. This was preventing the car to secure properly. They charged me 250 just to look at it....which was fine as that is the norm now. I got a call stating the motor was shot which I questioned as it still retracted when driving down the road, just not when locking. I questioned this and they stated it was 800 just for the part and it needed to be changed. I declined and took it to another shop where they stated it was not the motor. My car never had the handle replaced and works just fine now. It was just a funky fluke or update or something but sure wasn't the motor. What a ripoff. I just don't understand the desire to charge crazy amounts for things you know are not wrong. If you didn't know and just decided to state that was the issue...shame on you. Luckily I don't fall for things easily.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the customer service is here! I left my garage door opener in my car and was locked out of my house. Called and the service department was closed BUT Chris Kenney managed to get in the department, locate my key, and helped me get what I needed all around 7pm. They were so kind and understanding. Many thanks to them for amazing customer service!

I recently purchased a pre owned car at Land Rover Cary. I worked with Arnold and he went above and beyond to make buying my car a pleasant experience. I had an issue with the titling of my trade in and he worked to resolve it quickly and hassle free for me. He has followed up multiple times since the purchase to make sure I’m satisfied. Terrible experience. Worst management team ever. Sent me a dirty car with a cracked windshield after I shipped the car enclosed. Would never recommend. Management called a week later saying they would pay and fix it; now they won't return any calls or emails and won't honor their word and I bought a damaged 6 figure car. Chris Kenny and John groissl are the worst. This is how they are training their team to scam you. Embarrassing Land Rover would let this dealer represent them and their values.

WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS.
They don't think a Spanish men can make clean $ and own businesses. They treat me and my wife like criminals.
I show them proof of income, bank statements, one of my business info and details and all the paper they requested. Make me drive 2.5 hours round trip to my house in Mooresville after I was already there to get more $ for down payment, so I drive 10 total hours that day, they make me walk out at 9:30pm, Had all the paper signed, keys in hand and they refuse my business. Now im a car dealer with 2 locations and complete understand how bad they profiled us, treating us like criminals because we are Latino.
