I recently serviced my Jaguar here for the first time and I won’t be coming back. I felt that I was looked down upon from the beginning - my service advisor was Jax and his answers to my questions were pretty dismissive. When I asked if there are any options for loaner vehicles, the answer was just 'No'. When I asked if it's possible to speak with a mechanic that did a walkthrough of my vehicle and noted a few issues, the immediate answer was 'they're busy'. I really did not appreciate that 'we're better than you' attitude. Adding another star for the mechanic that did the inspection - very informative walkthrough even though I didn’t get a chance to chat with him. Interestingly enough, I sent this feedback a while ago in response to a text from the dealer but never heard back. I guess they just don’t care.

The information on their service center website is fake - I made an appointment online for five days out, and three days later someone calls me to say the appointment scheduler on their website is completely fake - they don't have appointments for the next two weeks, and they don't have loaner cars, which the site said they do. That's the kind of customer service you have - a completely fake online service system? That you know is untrue, but keep up online? And I'm supposed to trust you not to lie about the rest of the repair process? Absolutely not. Fix your fake, lying website.

Great customer service. My service rep Jex was fantastic. The videos from my mechanic running through his check points is great. And I appreciate the complimentary car wash.

By far the worst dealership and experience we've ever done business with. After purchasing 3 cars from them in the last 4 years, not to mention at least a dozen total from Leith dealerships, we were lied to, manipulated, and strung along only to have our vehicle sold out from under us. Take your business to the Raleigh dealership or to Flow in Greensboro. This dealership has gone completely downhill and is not worth your time.

Thomas my salesman was great! The rest of the dealership not so much! The 2109 Infiniti q60 had non matching tires from front to back and the front tires outermost tread was worn almost all the way down to nothing and the dealership refused to replace them! I arrived at the dealership without needing financing and I was still there for 3 hours! The man doing the paperwork was very pushy on their extended warranty and protection plans after I told him I was not interested in them! I only got one key fob and I also had to change the oil and filter after my purchase because it had not been serviced and was showing 1551 miles till service is due! They did fill it up with gas at less! The car is in very good condition had it not been I would not have bought it! The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of Thomas, if not for him it would be 1 star!

As much as I hate the process of buying a car, John Wahba made it much more pleasant. I handled my own financing so it took a little longer but John and Pete did the majority of the leg work.(HUGE HELP!) John was knowledgeable and explained all of the bells and whistles and got me on the road in no time. I love my new Jaguar!
