Cid Jr & team have a great shop ! They have a family feel and really know how to take care of their customers. No a chain or corporate bike shop at Inside-Out Sports, so customers get the best treatment. Excellent service dept and technical / bike fitting knowledge.

Good helpful folks working here. The selection is pretty small - brick & mortar is tough these days. They seem very focused on triathlon, which is great but not what I was looking for. I didn’t have any interaction with the bike folks here, but they have a good local reputation, especially if you are into high-end stuff. It’s a locally-operated mini-chain, so please give them a try before going to a generic national chain!

One of, if not the, best bike shop in the Raleigh area. Cid and his team will do anything to make you a happy customer. I have had some work done here on a wheel as well as bought a new bike here. The mechanics know their stuff and Cid gave excellent bike recommendations and got me a deal on a new bike. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for the great experience inside-out sports! I will certainly be back!

Bought a 2023 Cervélo S5. Cid was very cooperative and helpful, met my needs and serviced and fitted properly. Variety of cycling product available in the store. Pleased I dealt with these guys and will definitely be a regular there

This bike shop really cares that you are happy and have a great experience with your new bike. I was in there today for a small adjustment after buying a couple days ago, and the employees talked for like 20 minutes after a different customer left about what would best fit that person's needs next time they come back. It was really cool to see that level of care, not just about selling bikes but thinking through what was best for the buyer.They also do a technology-supported bike fit to make sure the geometry is right. Great bikes also, only quality stuff here.

Came in to get a wahoo kickr. I was just getting back into cardio and felt a little intimidated going in. That quickly left as the staff were extremely friendly. I will definitely be coming back as they also went out of the way to help me leave with a ready to go wahoo kickr. I would also recommend this to anyone else looking to pick up some training equipment.

I went to Inside-Out Sports to pick up my packet for the Run, Walk, Bike for Umstead. I'm so pleased that they are supporting this event! While I was there, I bought another pair of running shoes. The guy who helped me pick out the shoes was a good listener and very attentive.

Great shop with a very large selection of bike and running gear. Super helpful and friendly staff! Nice mix of mid to high end bikes and other gear.

Cid is a bike guy. Brooks is a fit master. I was really bummed about the lack of great bike shops in Raleigh until I met the crew at Inside Out. If you want something other than Trek off of the floor, they have a good selection. But, if you want something really special, there is no other place to go. Cheers, team!

Love this shop. Staff is so nice and welcoming. They make you laugh and have a great time in there. Staff have tons of knowledge and really know their stuff. Definitely come here for all your tri or bike needs.
