When you arrive be sure to ask for Remington. This past weekend, Remington showed us a couple of car options, and we can confidently say he was the best car salesman we've ever worked with. My husband and I don't know much about cars, but Remington guided us expertly towards vehicles that could suit our needs. He was exceptionally patient never pushy or annoyed with our questions, he was professional, and knowledgeable. He provided us with valuable information and even suggesting options for trading in our current vehicle that we hadn't considered.
While we didn't make a purchase due to the current market conditions, which are beyond anyone's control, we wanted to leave this review because our experience was truly pleasant.

Absolutely a great car buying experience! Jack Z, was an excellent salesperson and fine young man. Khaled the Sales Manager, works as hard to get your business as the salespeople do. They were all professional and attentive. I switched my attention to a different car after asking them to prepare one car. They weren’t at all bothered by that. That actually wanted me to be happy with my choice. I am! I appreciate the great service and attention to my wants, needs and concerns. Thank you everyone at Hendrick Pre-owned in Cary! I’ll be back

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle with Hendrick Preowned of Cary. The entire experience was great, from start to finish. We really enjoyed working with Ronnie, and the rest of the team. We did not feel pushed or pressured into anything, which has been our experience in previous car purchases. If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle, I highly recommend Hendrick Preowned of Cary!

I just purchased a new car after my Hyundai was stolen three weeks ago less than a year after I bought it. Joshua went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get a car in my price range. I had such a horrible experience the last time I got a car the one that was stolen) so I’m always hesitant to go to a new dealership. However, he made the process extremely easily and I was very comfortable with having him help me. All of the other staff I met that helped me or introduced themselves were extremely friendly as well.

Very happy with sales process with Randy.I bought the Hendricks warranty, and was assured I could cancel at any time. I've changed my mind... and called Lance & the finance team FIVE TIMES (leaving voicemail and a message with the person answering the phone), plus told Randy in sales, for someone to please call me back and arrange termination. No one is returning my call after several months. It's no accident.

Such a hard day leasing a car and this group made it so much better. Alvaro problem solved with me and my fiance and worked hard to meet my specifications in my dream car! David was so helpful explaining to us different levels of protection and discussing what we could afford. Even after all the hurdles, very impressed with the dedication, kindness, and any accommodation I was able to receive from these folks! Thanks for my new car! Definitely recommend if you're looking for pre-owned. If they don't have it here they will search their whole inventory for you!
