The easiest car buying experience I have been through! Justin Kirk was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and completely transparent. Even though we pulled up at almost closing time, he stayed a little after to ensure we got the ball moving towards a purchase. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and listened carefully and diligently. I would recommend Hendrick Kia of Cary to anyone in the market for a new car and would highly recommend Justin as your salesman!

Had a great experience here. My wife and I had been looking for a specific car/color/model and they had it. I put in my email/phone info at 11pm requesting for them to contact me. They opened at 9am the next morning and at 9:01am I had a text and phone call from Mikey. He was awesome to deal with. Very knowledge and answered all of our questions. Worked with us to get the best payment terms and rate. We setup a test drive for 1pm and were gone by 3pm with our new vehicle. Absolutely amazing experience. I highly recommend this place and especially Mikey as the salesman. When we were getting ready to leave he had buckled up two Kia dog stuffed animals for our kids in the back seat. They were so excited to see the new car and get their new stuffed animals! Thanks Mikey and Hendrick Kia for the great experience.

We had a great experience buying our car. Juan Aguado was our salesperson. He was informative, quick to respond, and helped us work with the sales manager (worked with a few: Luke, Matt, and Mitch) to get what we felt was a fair deal on the car that we purchased. We did not feel rushed nor pushed to make a decision and felt respected during the entire process. When we got to finance we did have to update some of the information to correlate to our agreed upon price, and they were quick to resolve and honor the pricing. We recommend this dealership to those looking for a new car and would highly recommend asking for Juan.

Any dealership can sell you a new car, but it’s what happens when things don’t go right that set great businesses apart.Had an issue arise when buying a new car and the sales manager Mitch and our salesperson Micky totally went above and beyond to make sure my wife’s buying experience didn’t suffer and she’s still smiling every time she drives her Telluride.I’d recommend everyone I know to contact Micky if you’re interested in an enjoyable car buying experience for a ride that makes you smile.

If they don't have the car you want on the lot, they can find it for you in the Hendrick network and have you driving it off of the lot that day.

Buyer be sure to do your own research first!If you walk into this dealership uninformed and naive, you WILL pay more than you need to.Bought my son his first new car here last week.The folks here are mostly friendly and nice. But they're looking to get paid. Somewhat willing to negotiate, but shop around. They also tried to get us with a ridiculously high 8.5% interest rate. My credit score is 803 and my son's is 763. We have excellent credit. Our bank's rate is 5.5% and Kia finance is giving 3.75% on a 60 month term. These guys asked me how I knew that and didn't give me the 3.75 rate until I showed them their own info.That took care of the front end stuff. But the finance guy got us on the back end. Because that's where he gets paid. We agreed to purchase 6 oil changes at $445. We weren't sure about the GAP insurance, but Matt Harrington, the finance guy, assured me I could put it in now and I could call the next day to cancel with "no problem", once I confirmed with my insurance company. I noticed that adding these things added $30/mo to the payments. Over 60 months that's $1800. When I questioned it, Matt talked in circles for a few minutes and reassured me I could easily cancel it.Next day, after confirming I didn't need the GAP insurance, we called to cancel. Not quite so easy. First of all Matt, the finance guy, nowhere to be found. He was off for the next three days. I ended up having to deal with the general manager. It's either go back in and re-sign everything in ink. Or leave the payments as is and trust that they're going to credit the amount back to the finance company. Since I live out of state, we have to wait on the credit. For some strange reason, we can't sign electronically. Even though that's how we signed the original docs.And, we're NOT getting the full $1800 credit. They're only crediting $1645. Apparently the finance guy (or someone) is getting paid $155 for this transaction. Financially, you don't save any money paying for oil changes up front. Due to the $155 that got added on. The GM also told me that the finance guy made a mistake and accidentally charged me $1200 for the GAP insurance, when it should have been $700. Accidentally? That's a strange typo, isn't it? Hopefully, we'll get the majority of this credited to the finance amount.While dealerships will tell you that what they do is technically not illegal, it creeps right up into unscrupulous and unethical business practices. At the very least, what they tell you is misleading. So do your own research and know your numbers for everything before you sit down to deal with them.

While any dealership has the capability to sell you a car, not all of them uphold the same standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Regrettably, I've had firsthand experience with this issue here.This dealership seems more focused on maximizing their profits by adding undisclosed charges and services to the already agreed-upon out-the-door price, leaving customers uninformed.The true test of customer service begins after the purchase, and in this regard, their performance has been far from unsatisfactory. It's been over four weeks, and I'm still struggling to cancel my warranty. I faced considerable hurdles trying to cancel the warranty. Despite receiving the finance manager's contact information from the dealership, my emails and calls went unanswered.Moreover, I had to repeatedly contact them to receive my license plate, a task that should have been handled promptly without reminders, as it falls within their responsibilities. After numerous calls and follow-ups, I finally received my plate on the very day my temporary license plate expired.This marked my inaugural car purchase, and regrettably, I can confidently say that I will not be considering them for my future car acquisitions.

I recently (9/4) dropped off my Kia for service. My new battery keeps draining and not quite sure what the root cause is. Paid a $150 fee to start service. Okay, that's fine.Was told by John (assuming he is a service advisor/manager) that I would get an update or price quote by 9/5.It is now 9/11, and I have attempted to called twice. Left voicemails and talked with the service reps, hoping to get an update regarding the condition of my vehicle. After 8 days of my car in the shop, with NO updates, this is considered unacceptable business practice.Update: it is now 9/13. Finally have my vehicle back. The dealership did make up for horrid lack of communication by assigning a service manager. John Kirkland was VERY responsive and communicated clearly. I wish this was how my initial encounter started.

Scam artists. Won't budge on trying to sell you junk add-ons that you don't want. Tire nitrogen, 3M tape, floor mats, and LoJack were the current scam when we stopped in to buy a Soul. Lately I saw absurdly overpriced ceramic coating. I think they rotate the scams. Took a Kia in that we own for oil change and they tried to upsell us a bunch of garbage we didn't need. My mechanic at Frantz in Cary laughed out loud. Drive about an hour from Cary and buy a Kia from an ethical dealer that doesn't force you to buy garbage you don't want, add "market adjustments", and has an ethical service department. Burlington is a good choice.Better still, buy a Tesla from your phone, no scammy dealership needed at all.

I purchased a Seltos at the Hendrick Kia of Cary this past weekend and could not be happier with the service I received from Micky Toskic. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was very patient with me and took time to explain everything. At no time did I feel pressure to buy anything, he was very easy to talk to, and the whole process was so easy and painless. It was actually fun.
