This store was absolutely incredible. The salesman named Josh helped me out, he made the process super easy and quick. I hate waiting at dealerships all day long and he really made the car buying experience amazing. These guys know what they’re doing!

Excellent experience. I have bought over 20 cars in my lifetime, ranging up to my Porsche GT3RS. I’m a repeat customer at Hendricks as well. The experience was great. Follow up from Tarron was superb. Couldn’t ask for any better. Highly recommend this dealership; ask for Tarron!!

I always try to provide a fair review, unfortunately with the few visits I have had have not been very pleasant, some of your staff in the Durham location are rude and not very helpful, my recent visit started without a hitch but became questionable with something visible after already being on location for over 2 hours for an oil and Filter with rotation. Without having to pay more the team was not very knowledgeable in the visual issue but wanted to keep my vehicle longer and charge me for diagnostic with no honesty on what the possible problem was. If I could get a refund for the remaining amount of services left I would requested it immediately and would not be returning for any services to any of your locations.

I brought my Corvette into Hendrick's Chevrolet for some repairs and the Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I was needing. The Manager was very kind and helpful also. I was kept up with the progress of the repairs being done by the Tech about every other day.
The one thing that helped me understand things that was done to my car, was being able to talk to the Mechanic when I went to pick up my car. He spent a few minutes describing to me the repairs he made and the reason the parts probably needed replaced so soon.
Overall, it was a great experience dealing with the friendly and knowledgeable people at Hendrick Chevrolet.

My husband and I have been doing business with Hendrick for years. This is our fourth time working with Napoleon Bonaparte, and he is wonderful as always. As long as Napoleon is there, we’re loyal customers. He listens and knows exactly what we want. He keeps us in the loop throughout the whole process and is hilarious. We truly appreciate him and his attentiveness and every time he exceeds our expectations.

It was great to visit with Hendrick today for car service! ARIK DiLorenzo, My service guy, to get the car taken care of. Services only a short period of time maybe 40 minutes, clean car washed, nice place to hang out and wait, and even got some work done along the way. Hilly recommend!

Christian was condescending and acted like he didn't want to help me. Seemed like he was bothered by me asking to see a specific new car that I found on their website. I left after 15 minutes because of the unpleasantness.
