Arthur Fletcher our sales guy was amazing. Knowledgeable about the vehicle (this was our first EV purchase). He was patient with us, showed us features. He was friendly and not pushy. The dealership treated us very well. I would highly recommend Hendrick and Arthur for any vehicle purchase needs.

i had a large repair bill ($4700) quoted, notably a catalytic converter. So, not only was the whole bill 20-40% higher than a competitive quote ($1600 vs $2200 on converter). But then, I offered to just trade the car in. They took the book value (8k) subtracted out the 4700 repair charge and then gave me a kind of take it or leave it offer. I appreciate they made it easy to just walk away. They didn't seem all that interested in selling a car to me even though it was my second inquiry. all that said, they were great people; very cordial, and respectful. . . just not good business people. i just drove across street to Christian brothers, got the car repaired for $3400, . . . 28% lower, and I'll probably end up somewhere else to buy that car. . .thanks guys!

Unfortunate enough to get a 2023 GMC terrain from this dealership just 2 short months ago. Here I am sitting at the dealership since 7 AM with major issues with the car already. Service lights and check engine lights began to sporadically pop on. I was supposed to be given an idea of time so I could plan my day. No word. Went for a check in on my own at about 9 AM, which i got about 915, where I was told it would be at least another 2 hours. At which point a rental was then offered....too little too late. Highly recommend against this car as well as this dealer.Update - now at 11 o'clock they're telling me they just now figured out the problem and it's a part they don't have and have to order. We didn't know this 4 hours ago? Please save your time and go elsewhere. 2.5 weeks out and my service lights are still going off and I'm still waiting on the call that this part they need has arrived

You all don’t allow someone to drop their car off the night before or even at 8 am for a 10:45 appointment. Huge problem since I have to be at work at 8:30. My husband had to leave work to bring it in.No car wash again. Not a huge thing but it’s a nice perk. Unfortunately it’s a perk I have never received.

I brought my car in on Saturday for the low air pressure in tire. They took me right away. Found a nail, patched it and I was ready to go. I received my car sparkling clean and vacuumed. Hendricks Cadillac is the best !! Debbie

Customer service was exceptional. No pressure to buy, very patient. Followed up and kept me informed of the status of available vehicles. Sales rep and finance rep both went out of their way to make sure I was able to purchase the vehicle although I was traveling and not available in person. Definitely recommend. We searched long and hard to find a perfect vehicle. We looked at multiple Cadillac dealerships and nobody was willing to help. Then we ran across Mike Bremen at Hendricks, Cadillac in Cary, North Carolina. Even though we drove three hours to get there, it was worth it and if I ever get a new car, I’ll absolutely do it again! He catered to all of our needs knew exactly what we needed and got the job done without any hesitation, I would highly recommend him as well as that dealership, he made my dream car come true!

My wife and I finally decided to visit a dealership, not expecting to purchase a vehicle. Our first visit turned out to be the only visit we had to make, and it was to Hendrick Cadillac in Cary, NC. As you know, you never know what type of salesman will meet you on the sales lot. Luckily, Mr. Arthur Fletcher III, a Senior Sales Consultant, approached us. Mr. Fletcher was very knowledgeable, answered every question, and was not one of those pushy salesman. He let us take our time, allowed us to test drive the vehicle, and explained everything it offered. Once we decided to proceed with the buying process, we met with Mr. Mike Douglass, Finance Manager. Mr. Douglass worked with us and met our needs in what we were looking for in financing the vehicle. Both Arthur and Mike were very personable and professional. Instead of customers, they made us feel like part of the Hendrick family; now, we are. Because of Arthur and Mike, it was by far the best experience my wife and I have had at any dealership, and we will be back to Hendrick Cadillac for our next vehicle purchase. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, A++++! - M. Dwight made sure we were taken care of. Any concerns I had regarding a new purchase, he provided assurances and we left there very happy with our new vehicle. Was recommended to Hendrick by a friend and was very pleased. I hope to do more business here.

Bought my Lyriq 2 months ago. Beyond disappointed. They take the money and run. I paid the dealership add-ons. Around $6k in all. They kept the car an extra week after I purchased and did NOTHING in that week. No tint, no ceramic, no prep or cleaning. The real kicker how I know they never even looked the car over... The car had physical damage! Broken trim around the latch. If someone just popped the hood once they would have seen it.My sales guy Eric has been alright. But no one there communicates. I've had to escalate to GM corporate and Lyriq Concierge just to get my 2 years free EVGo. After escalating to corporate, I finally hear back that parts would be there in a week. That was 2 weeks ago. I bought this car 2 months ago!No one has contacted me still. Corporate has several times since then though. ? Even if you'd just call to say hey, we said a week but it looks like it's 2, sorry... Ya know. Some courtesy? Respect? Am I expecting too much to get what I paid for?
