I go there at least twice a week. I hate when they give me the receipt speech. I usually ask them to skip it and never had a problem. Marie D took it very personally and was rather rude. People in this store are never rude. I'm surprised she's still employed there. She's slow as hell. Wears a cloth mask and carries her purse over her shoulder. I wish her luck but the attitude sucks.

I have tried this and four other HT stores purchasing their steaks over the past 6 months. All of these steaks have had white bands of tough gristle running through the meat that has made the steaks uneditable. Some steaks have the white bands of gristle hidden and not present until cooked and cut with steak knives. These are the absolute worst steak cuts ever and and HT is trying to pass them off at half price that I wouldn’t feed to my Dog!!! Also, WATCH YOU FINAL BILL! What you think you’re being charged, YOU’RE NOT, IT’S MORE! HT has SLOPPY displays that shows items as lower but in wrong places. Complain and GET YOUR ITEM PLUS MONEY BACK, that’s their policy!!!!

The store is clean. there are many things I find here that isn't available at other markets. Can be " pricey" $1-3$ more on most items, so I limit visits and what is bought

Eric at the deli was not friendly at all , I almost did not want to finish with my sub order he was holding the meat up close to his face when I asked what other kind of ham he had and he started to throw a fit and slamming the lids on the food covers I feel like he intentionally held the meat up to his mouth and was like we don’t have any other meat when I explain I didn’t want deluxe ham on the Italian but instead Black Forest so I think he got annoyed he had to take off the meat not sure but he had An attitude the entire time and kept slamming and throwing the lids made me uncomfortable it’s like he didn’t want to help me or do his job
