I had a critical issue with Western Union at Harris Teeter, and Mimi was nothing short of spectacular in handling it. She went above and beyond, dedicating her time and effort to ensure the problem was resolved. Mimi is a wonderful representative of Harris Teeter, embodying the highest standards of customer service. Although there were issues with Western Union's system that caused delays, Mimi’s dedication made all the difference. I wish there were more people like her in all service businesses. Harris Teeter management was also supportive, but Western Union really needs to improve their system to avoid wasting customers' time. You also should try their pizza , Mary males the best pizza ?

Harris Teeter has a comprehensive package of stores within a store: bright fresh vegetables, a wide variety of fresh fruits, well-stocked meat and seafood market, a great deli and bakery plus many ready-to-go dinners, and more. Above all this and the other sections: beer, wine, cheese and flowers!
What really makes all this the most enjoyable experience are the people helping you as you shop. During my recent visit I had five different opportunities to interact with Harris Teeter employees. In each case I was very satisfied with the help offered.
I think you'll enjoy this store when you give it the opportunity to engage the total product and process. I did!

Customers of Harris Teeter, Always check your receipt!!! If the item you purchased was charged wrong, you get the item free plus your money back!!! Also the meat department is selling you terrible cuts of meat saying they’re at discounted prices! People, pay attention!!! Harris Teeter in the Carolina’s is not the same as it was before Kroger’s bought them out.

I'm visiting from out of town. I've gone here twice to purchase meals from the deli. I'm so glad it's conveniently located to my hotel. This grocery chain isn't in my hometown. So when I'm traveling, I feel like I've got the jackpot knowing there's a Harris Teeter nearby!

The fish market has gotten really bad. Fish always looks old and dried out. Since Kroger took over, the quality of the entire store has plummeted. A real disappointment considering location.

This store location has decreased in value for me over the last 3 years. Their Hot Bar used to be expansive with great food but last night when I went to grab specifically from the hot bar, the bar was closed. Also, their sushi selection has also diminished. Every time I go lately, I am constantly disappointed!

Absolutely loved how when this location changed their hours they did so by placing a note on the inner doors so you couldn't see it read it from the outside.Also really loved how they locked the doors when my wife was 3 feet from the door as she went to go pickup milk last night right before they closed, literally letting someone else in seconds before.

Worst store to ever work in. Management does nothing employees come in anytime they want to stand around do nothing. Boss others who are working eat for free drink drinks for free. Drop F Bomb all day customers can hear how loud they are. Dept Manager says he can't do anything co managers and manager haft to write them up. He says he visually see it and hear it everyday nothing he can do. Threatening other employees while on the clock. Shame to run a store like this.

The Hot Bar is amazing albeit expensive at $11.99/lb. Both regular, Asian and the Salad Bar is $8.99/lb. Best time, grab it at lunch time.
Huge sandwiches that can rival Jersey Mike, without the price.

Just called to see if you had the daily life protein shakes in stock since I had already drove to two different locations and it's almost 9 pm. The grumpy man who answered the customer service line is so rude! Says don't carry them and just hung up on me. RUDE! Maybe customer service shouldn't be his thing.
