It’s a treat everytime I go! I’ve had facials, massages, and waxes from several different people on several different occasions and somehow it gets better each time. The space is calming and clean and the products are always top of the line. This is also my favorite spot for gift cards! Everyone loves receiving this as a gift

I had a deep tissue massage. The atmosphere was calm and serene. The staff were all very friendly. My massage was wonderful! Very professional. I will definitely return.

I have tried the deep tissue and lymphatic system massages. Both have been very comprehensive and beneficial. Andrew is very pleasant and professional. I came in to redeem a massage with a gift card and I am really pleased with my experiences so I am now a member.

I really do love my experience this Hand and Stone every time I visit. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting and I feel comfortable during, before, and after my service. The professionalism of the front desk is unmatched to any other spa in the area. They go above and beyond to ensure you have your booking process is smooth and easy, and they were able to answer all of my questions.

This place is horrible! I would give it negative zero stars if I could. The people working there are so rude and judgemental of who walks in! They were very criticizing and completely inappropriate with their attitude. I have changed to Massage Envy and will never go back to any Hand and Stone! Save your money and time and look elsewhere!

I used to work at this location as an esthetician. I loved it there for about two years. In the beginning, they only owned one microdermabrasion machine, and if I upgraded a client to microdermabrasion then I had to disturb someone else’s facial in the next room because it was never where I could just go and grab it. They finally bought another one because I always needed one. I built quite a nice clientele the three and half years I was there, and I loved them all. Something happened, somewhere along the way. Especially with Ken. He seemed to despise the company and I think I even heard him murmur a few time how much he couldn’t stand coming around anymore. Karen, however, a beacon of love and passion for the business, was stern, yet forgiving and understanding. I admired her greatly. I miss my job there because I was truly happy. Things in my personal life kept falling apart. I got pneumonia, which nearly killed me, and around the same time, my father was sick and I was from Winston Salem and had to travel back and forth quite a lot. But coupled with those two huge issues, I missed work a lot during that time, and then one day when it was time to go back to work from Winston to Cary, I had.somewhat of a mental breakdown, and quit on the spot. I regret it for many reasons, and I miss my clients. The point of this post here is to let people know this is a great place. They only hire people who they feel will be a good match, so I would never question that. As far as the packages, points, etc. go, you have to understand that is not completely this particular H&S - it’s all of them because this is a chain and they have to honor their end of the deal as owners of a franchise. Can’t help with the front desk folks as that is usually a revolving door anyway. Erica was an amazing manager, so I have no idea who Brittany is, but, anyway, if you have issues with booking, when I was there it was usually worked out fairly quickly as they are very serious about customer service and keeping their customers happy.

HORRIBLE Terrible experience! The receptionist who checked me in was incredibly rude. I inquired about the Serenity package my husband paid for as a surprise, and she insisted it only included a facial, despite the online information and package menu clearly stating a 50-minute massage followed by a 50-minute facial. When I tried to explain, she cut me off and bluntly said, "No, it's just a facial."To make matters worse, she denied any possibility of using the gift card for other services and falsely led me to believe a refund might be possible and stated that only the manager could speak with the number on file (my husbands). The manager later called my husband, claiming she was told that I didn't want some of the services and that we'd be charged for one due to the esthetician's waiting time. However, it seems as if the whole story wasn't informed to the manager... that I was told I was only getting a facial ( I wasn't opposed to the facial but I was under the impression I would be getting a relaxation massage with a facial but yet told "No its just a facial".)This whole ordeal was marked by miscommunication, and it's clear no one was concerned about the dismissive behavior of the receptionist. She not only interrupted me but also avoided making eye contact, focusing on her computer instead. This place is misleading, and I strongly advise against it. I'll be informing my colleagues and friends to steer clear of this location. Awful experience!

Julio was my massage therapist and he did such an amazing job. Super sweet guy! Also, Asia and the rest of the front staff made me feel right at home. I 10/10 recommend!

Best happy ending in all of Cary. Masseuses on the chunky side though.

Massages have been great. Wife purchased a subscription and we don't use it enough so credits are built up.... wish you could transfer more or have a family plan.Worth noting that even if you are sick, have Dr. note, hospitalized, etc... they will charge you at least a 50% service fee for missing your appointment if you don't stop in the middle of your life emergency to make sure and call them 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Not sure why anyone would have a policy that gives a $$ incentive to show up sick and contagious while punishing people for doing the right thing.. but apparently that is how they roll.

I have been a member for a few years, booked online and for some reason it booked at this location instead of the other cary location (who are fabulous btw). Mercedes got all overly nice sarcastic voice while telling me she would not work with me on this.1. Life happens, I get if you have someone who constantly cancels or has multiple no shows but for a loyal member who made an honest mistake (of course on my birthday of all days I had to get screwed) show some grace to your loyal members2. Mercedes made a big deal about how the masseuse loses out of their money.... well then instead of charging me 40(and prob keeping it) let me just tip the person what I would have. Plus I'm locked in a lower rate, so charging %50 of the full rate again shows they don't care even for loyal customers.3. I was told I needed to read my email as a rememder not to have this happen again.... again this was Mercedes belittling me. Also made a point that it only takes 12 minutes to get to one cary location(wavery place) to the other (Davis dr and highhouse).... riiight. It's unfortunate bc Andrew was an amazing masseuse but this place can care a less about their customers
