I have purchased several properties over the years. I will say without a doubt that Steve Cooper is the most competent, responsive and trustworthy lender with whom I have had the pleasure of working. It tends to be challenging for me to qualify for a loan having a rather complicated property history and several different small sources of income. Steve made it all less complicated by helping me gather information and simplifying the process whenever he could.I am extremely appreciative and plan on using him again in the future.Thanks again , Steve !

I used Steve Cooper as a mortgage broker on a recent home purchase. He was extremely responsive, professional, and capable. His entire team, but especially Steve, was available at most any time (including weekends) to answer questions and attend to any difficulties which arose during my home purchase. I was very impressed with Steve's work. If I ever need a mortgage broker again, Steve will be my first call -- and he should be your first call, too!

Steve and his team were a delight to work with! They were extremely quick to respond when we had questions! Everything was done electronically which made it easy to continue working during the day without having to leave for appointments. We had phone conversations with Steve after typical working hours and he responded almost immediately to emails. I could not recommend him more!

This was my second time working with Steve and his team - and somehow, things were even smoother than the first! Steve is prompt, friendly, and speaks to you in terms that easy to understand. He will review the numbers with you and make it make sense even if you are not a financial wizard in loan processes! His team was prompt, courteous, and always professional.Added bonus - they made it easy for us even though we were living in another state!

We originally were planning on working with a well reviewed national company, but ended up switching to Steve and GoPrime due to an appraisal issue, and we are so glad that we made the switch! Steve and his team worked after hours multiple times to help us meet a tight timeline (we had 3 weeks to close and were totally ready with a week to spare), walked us through every step of the process, and ultimately were also able to give us the best rate. They were better than all the other companies we talked to in every respect, and were also really wonderful people to work with. We can't recommend Steve highly enough and will definitely choose to work with him and his team for any future mortgages.

My family had the pleasure of working with Steve Cooper for our home loan. We found Steve and his team to be very thorough, helpful and professional. We loved the pace at which everything happened. There were many forms to sign and whatnot but it was spread out perfectly to meet our personal schedules. They were very attentive and able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. Steve and his team were great! We had a couple delays with our builder and they were gracious enough to let us do some minor extensions of our rate lock which really helped ease some stress during such a busy time. He was also always so quick to answer emails and calls whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend!

A completed job well done. From day one, Steve helped us work through a process that they understand and do all the time. This process appears pretty daunting to older (way past millennial) "haven't done a mortgage in recent times" folks. I've owned many homes and, without a doubt, Steve Cooper and his staff delivered the best mortgage service I've ever received. The refinance of my home to lower the interest rate was complicated by a recently implemented time requirement by VA. Steve worked diligently to ensure the loan was approved. Despite what he must have gone through behind the scenes, it was a seamless transaction for me! I appreciate Steve's outstanding communication (including availability and responsiveness) and that of his staff!
