By far the worst goodwill I’ve ever been to the with the worst staff and I’ve been to a plethora of goodwills on the East coast. People give this place free clothing and stuff for them to over charge people

What an absolute joke! I frequent 6 locations in this area and by far this is the worst location. The staff member at the register was easily the most rude person I've ever encountered in a "retail" setting. Easy to see why I'm not the first person to mention this. I've been visiting this specific location for the last 2 years and it has slowly dropped off. Be careful of bait and switch pricing. Items will be clearly marked with a price then the staff member at the register just charges whatever they want. Now to be fair the pricing structure is essentially based on standard thrift pricing but when multiple items are marked as one price and then you are charged a different price at the register and when you ask why, the response is "that's how much they are". Then why even bother writing prices on the item?!? I personally won't be back to this location. I'll stick to the other location off of Sunset Lake rd.

The lady up front was rude and ignored me when I tried to tell her about one of the workers coughing and sneezing into his hands and onto the dvds he was sorting. Touching each and every case, disc inside, and shelf. She did give me a Lysol wipe after I asked but laughed about it while still ignoring every word I said. The whole store seems…dirty.

The lady at the register was walking away as I came up to the register and looked at me and said “really?” With an attitude? I was once an employee of goodwill and whether you are having a bad day or not…taking it out on a customer who was nothing but nice to you is not the answer. Ma’am if you don’t like your job or have an issue with a customer wanting to pay for something….find another job….just be warned that most jobs have some form of a register….

Decent selection, often hit or miss but that's every second hand store.

The staffs there are pretty rude and unhappy. It seems like they’re doing you a favor to accept your donation.

They are changing more for dresses then another goodwills. Dirty and empty store. Do not recommend. But staff is friendly and polite.

I hate this goodwill so much. I gave two stars because I sometimes find good things in there. However, the cashier has always been rude almost every time I've visited. The first time I figured she was having a bad day but after the fourth or fifth time I knew it was more than an isolated incident. She's always friendly and smiley with every other person but then when I come to her register she's not nice or chatty or anything else. I say "hello" and "thank you" every time and I get no response at all. I don't feel welcome and I'd rather go to any other location. The one time I went and got a different cashier, I couldn't even leave with the item I wanted because she told me it hadn't been priced despite being on the shelf. Usually at other location when this happens they'll price it on the spot so I can still take it home but she took the item from me and told me to come back the next day. I haven't been back since because I feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable there now.

We have given this location several chances to redeem itself and each time, they fail. The female manager (possibly) is not friendly or appreciative of donations. We have been yelled at when trying to find a parking spot to unload items for the store. ANother occasion,we asked about a price for an unmarked dress. It was taken to the back of the store, \"priced\" and brought back to the register with an exorbitant sales price. This goes against many regional GCF policies. GCF have several regions in NC so they operate a little differently and have different missions. The location is in need of a paint job and a deep cleaning.

Donations staff were pretty nasty today. Won't be returning to this location (not that they care). I think Matthews Drive staff are much more friendly. I am just donating clothes and stuff- no need for an attitude folks!

This place prices everything way to high, I thought the point of a thrift store was to save you money not buy used things for MSRP...
