workers are mean and you can barely ever find them, clothing is nice on good days and 3 changing rooms available :)

They started individually pricing shoes and jackets and some other items and some of the prices are ridiculous. $25+ for garbage from wal mart. Annoying for the customer and is going to load them up with inventory when they price things too high and they don't move.

Been shopping at goodwill for years and have always used my American Express- when I went to checkout today the cashier said she wouldn’t accept it and that ‘the other employees previously shouldn’t have allowed it’ and now I’m super confused. How can a cc terminal process Amex if it’s left up to the employee to decide?

Fair warning the prices marked on the items may not be the same at checkout. I was trying to buy an item and the cashier argued that one of the items wasn't the price it was marked. One it was barely visible and it took me a good ten minutes to find it. Two It was a bit dirty and parts of it were not pegged in correctly. After giving it a little TLC I got it looking brand new, part of it was still not working but I figured for the price, it was worth it. I shouldn't have to get into an argument over the price of an item when it is clearly marked on the bottom. After having to wait in line while the cashier struggled to check out the family in front of me. I was in no mood to wait for a 'manager' to tell me while having to smell the awful BO coming from the cashier. I wanted to get in and out ASAP but instead she wanted to get into a shouting match over the clearly marked price. Bad experience will not be returning. This store seriously just needs to be condemned and closed.

Saturday was so packed at this store, but it was still very clean! The two workers Glenn and Jacob actually helped me get furniture to my car. I didn't think I'd be able to lift it and didn't have my husband with me so I was so glad that they stopped what they were doing. They seemed to be in good moods too and were very polite which isn't too common these days. The only thing I didn't like about this store was the cashier I think her name began with an S? She was taking forever and just kept leaving everyone waiting at the register!

I cannot say I was impressed with this store, this is from someone who worked in a thrift store throughout college. For donating you are forced to unload all items yourself, and because no one is available to help; it is hard to get a tax receipt. Proceeding inside, clothes are tightly compacted; so are the racks. A single person can get by because of how tight it is. There is very little left of everything else and everything I was interested in had no prices. I know they were meant to be behind cashier, but the time I went they covered the entire thing with a sheet/paper; so first time shoppers like myself had no way of knowing what the prices were. The cashier seemingly took a break because the line got immensely long, I didn’t even bother with the one item I picked up; I knew it would take forever. When cashier finally came back she was immensely slow, and taking her time with each item; I would not recommend this location. It is not managed properly at all, I also would not donate here again either.

Well, it could definitely use attention outside more frequently, there was a rolled up used diaper on the ground and trash cans were overflowing outside.I found an autographed copy of "The Perfect Storm" for a dollar though, so that was cool.

I just went to another Goodwill in Morrisville and bought several things and received a large plastic grocery bag. Upon checkout at this location I was told they couldn't offer me a plastic bag, but I was welcome to buy one of their reusable bags. It seemed like a money grab for just this particular location. What if I had bought more than two small things? I would've been forced to buy their bag.The store wasn't particularly dirty or particularly clean.

I would like to give this place zero stars; but that is not an option. Went in and found a chair in the furniture section. I brought it up to the front and they gave me a price. I set it down (where they said I could) and then went off to shop some more. They then proceeded to let some guy walk off with it. He claimed to have been in there earlier and it was his.... Also the whole place is dirty and unorganized. Go to Dorcas if you want to have a pleasant shopping experience. Please go there to donate too; they will actually take it out of your car for you. Plus they are a much better charity!
