Came in 30 minutes before close to pick up a wireless controller for my battlestation in my new house. Devon helped me out despite us both being exhausted and me not really knowing what I was looking for. Dude even showed me the dusty secret drawer of 360 games just to see if there was anything I'd like. Friendly, awesome service. He deserves respect.

My wife and I have gone into this location several times. Initially, I was very uninterested in going in as my experience at most GameStops has been less than desirable (snooty employees, uncomfortable atmosphere, etc.). Sebastian has taken the time every time we come in to ask us what questions we have and to help us locate a specific item or think through what would fit the description of what we want— even if we don’t know exactly what it is at the time. This has become a fun place for my wife and I to visit and this is thanks to the stellar customer service we have received each time.

Employee rushed me out of store and I haven’t even been in there 5 minutes. All because he was hungry. When I first walked in he could have said something more polite that he was hungry but instead he’d rather have a unseen fit (meaning the customer didn’t see him) with the customer in front of him trying to pay. Need more staff or another actual employee who puts customer first for another 10 or 15 minutes. I mean it is YOUR job. Js

Young Men that works there was so rude not only to me and my wife but when we left their was another customer outside that was beyond upset with him. He should not be working there....no customer service.....also was bragging about taking advantage of a young boy that was trading his games. Rude and scammer.

Store was a mess, which, I get it......You're busy at Christmas, whatever, fine.My warning to future customers: If you call this store to hold a game for you, don't expect it to actually be there when you arrive.I was only 20 minutes away and they sold the game I had just called and reserved before I could get there.

Initially came just to browse, ended up leaving with 4 PS4 games for cheaper prices than any Black Friday sale could ever offer! The workers there were extremely nice and helpful with my questions. Easily one of the best GameStops I have ever been to!
