“Fran is a gem and an angel of a human being! I came into the branch today because I was having a lot of trouble transferring some funds from FCB to another bank (in NY state), which resulted in a lot of fees and headaches. She was extremely proactive and suggested she call the NY bank manager to figure it all out. Right there, she has already gone ⭐ABOVE and BEYOND.⭐
Unfortunately, the NY branch manager was extremely rude to the both of us, at one point withholding basic information about my account, being vague, and telling me to “go on the app” to figure it out. When I told him I was on the app, but couldn’t read it, he said, “then go print it out.” It was atrocious customer service from the NY branch manager and Fran was RIGHT THERE with me to help navigate. It felt so good to have someone on my side to help. She spent almost an hour with me, speaking to other branches and getting it all sorted with dogged determination. In a world of managers who say, “just go look on the app,” Fran is a diamond!! ?
Wherever Fran goes, that’s where I’ll bank - as long as it's not the NY bank.”

“I went to this branch for issues with my credit card and the banker that I worked with, Chad F, was amazing. I hadn’t been inside a bank since I joined Truist (BB&T at the time) and Chad set me up with a new Truist One checking account and a new Credit Card, taking care of all of my needs and then some. Chad went above and beyond with me, and I feel confident moving forward with Truist. If you have complicated issues to figure out, Chad will talk through everything with you and ensure that you’re getting the best deals that Truist has to offer. I highly recommend this branch and their online credit card helpline was very helpful as well this morning before they directed me to go to a branch in-person for my issue.”
“I’ve used this bank for a few years now, and not once have I had any issues that couldn’t be fixed. The previous branch manager Nix was amazing, and always understood what I needed. Tristin (the lead banker) always goes above and beyond for any customer. He is tentative and understanding. He is patient when I am explaining what I need taken care of and it is completed when I am at the branch or if not, it is completed same day and he ALWAYS follows up to let me know the status. I couldn’t ask for a better banker to have on my side. Tristin is the heart and soul of the Cary branch, and is the reason I continue to stay.”
“Ever since my mom died, Bank of America had the worst possible customer service. They froze all her accounts leaving my grieving father penniless despite all the money that was frozen, his. We spent the entire day after my moms funeral waiting around the lobby of BOA. We decided to go to First citizens bank. From the very beginning of opening the accounts they were kind, compassionate and patient. I just closed my account because we’re moving and Minnie was extremely helpful.
