Always am greeted and get excellent service from the store manager and all the staff who are very pleasant friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help me. Not sure what the negative reviews are all about but im guessing many of them came in with a bad attitude. :)

Today, I had the pleasure to visit Store# 1445.The staff treated me with respect and patience. Each are knowledgeable and offer the best solution to meet my request at the price that works for me. I would like to have the following persons receive special recognition and rewards from your management team members. Mark, Daniel, Brett and Arron. Generally this is a good place to ship your stuff. I have been using this particular fedex center for more than 5 years now. No complaints at all till today. While shipping my package I was repeatedly asked what’s there in my package and that I am responsible if something happens to it. It seems the new folks are hell bent on selling their insurance which I generally never take. If something happens to my package then most probably it could be attributed to this interaction which I had today. Funny thing is that I had the option of shipping with UPS or FedEx. Unfortunately I chose the wrong carrier.

Worst customer service and expensive Fedex . I use fedex to ship packages regularly and it usually costs $13.95 as a cheapest delivery option. This location quoted me $33 for the cheapest option. I ended up going to another fedex, they charged me $13.95 for same day. Dont use this Fedex location.

Worst customer service. Staff is not helpful and not courteous. I went to another nearby fedex location and it was great experience.
