Faithful Friends saved the day for me! I can't recommend them more to watch my sweet doggie. I was stuck in a jam with a last minute cancellation with a dog sitter and they are complete heroes. They were able to set me up with a dog sitter meeting the next day and we met Julia. After meeting Julia, she is truly one in a million and a special pet loving human. Her love for my dog and the care she gave him is priceless. I can honestly say I will never use another service again and will recommend Faithful Friends to everyone I know. Thank you again for making magic happen!

I was in desperate need of their services. They were able to find care for my dog within a few hours. Easy to work with, and kind. Making payment is easy and they also leave a journal so you will be at ease and with pictures of your pet! They exceeded all of my expectations!

I am thrilled to have found Faithful Friends! The process is so easy. The sitters are fantastic and so caring. I felt so comfortable leaving my older dog in their hands. The company is so well run and the wide array of services they offer is great! You will not regret giving them a call!

I cannot express strongly enough my satisfaction with Faithful Friends Pet Sitting. I have an elderly dog who has never been kenneled and was I searching for a way to keep her in her normal environment during a 3 day absence. After extensive research I selected Faithful Friends and will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and clients. From the meet and greet visit through each visit while I was away, I received journals of exactly how she was doing complete with pictures and comments. They cared about my dog and home exactly as I do. Stellar service which is not common in today’s world. Thank you, thank you!!!

The faithful friends team has been great with last minute walks needs and showing my pup all the love when I can’t be home. With each visit they document what they did and send pictures along with it. Would definitely recommend partnering with faithful friends!

Julie and the team were outstanding. Great communication. We felt really good going out of the country just after meeting Julie and our sitter, who, by the way, did an excellent job handling our bully breed (Rott). Daily check-ins with a lot of photos.
The photos were not necessary every day but I am sure there are some who would like that. Maybe every other just to save yourselves a lot of labor and effort, but it was appreciated.

Faithful friends was a huge help for us over the summer holiday season. They helped with our dogs, cat, lizard, and fish.
The set up was easy and communication was very clear and calming. I will certainly use them again in the future and strongly recommend them if you're looking for in house care.

As new residents of NC we were nervous and clueless about who to trust with our 9y.o. Pup. Someone recommended Faithful Friends. We hit the jackpot with Julia. Our pup is skittish of new people and they warmed up so nicely. I appreciate Faithful Friends thoroughness, knowledge, compassion & communication. We receive plenty of updates and pictures. Such a relief to know our pup is so well taken care of.

Julie and her team have cared for our two pups many times over the past two years. GREAT service and great communication from Julie and her team. We've had multiple overnight stays and her team is always great with timeliness, communication and overall care. I trust them with my home and my dogs. Julie also helped us out in a pinch with a last minute booking needed over the holidays. I highly recommend Julie and her team!! XO!

After having used the same cat sitter for many years, I was nervous about finding somebody new. When I first contacted Faithful Friends, Julie was very friendly and provided a lot of information. I had a meet and greet with Mary and was very comfortable about leaving my cat in her care. Mary did a great job. I got a summary of the visit and pictures of my cat every day. Overall, it was a great experience.
