Best workout I’ve ever done, you feel so accomplished when you get through it. They have classes early enough to make it before work, all the coaches are so encouraging and work with your fitness level and how to safely improve with every class you take. John truly has an amazing team and gym, highly recommend F45 West Cary!!

I just spent a month trying different gyms in search of a home base. I tried Burn Boot Camp, CrossFit, and F45. I was looking to switch from personal training I had been doing to group fitness. F45 was the most aligned to the workouts I did in personal training but done in a very organized & fun way. Unique to F45 are TVs on the wall that show someone demonstrating the exercises throughout the class-- that is a gamechanger. That was the biggest struggle I had elsewhere-- not know what I was supposed to be doing mid-way because everything was verbally explained in the beginning and you had to just remember somehow. F45 eliminates that problem so I can stay focused and get the workout in as-intended.As for this specific F45 location (having tried 3 in the area)-- I chose to join West Cary because of the vibe & energy. There is an overall feeling of encouragement along with friendly competition. You do really feel a team atmosphere-- like you are being pushed to do your best but because people are rooting for you & also rooting for themselves/pushing themselves. There is currently a 6-week challenge and this location has a super motivating setup for the challenge that makes you want to participate & stay involved. The trainers are all very cool and knowledgeable without overwhelming. So far I've had workouts with Ben, Emily, Katie, Ashley, Matt, and John-- all amazing and bring their own unique energy to the workout.Highly recommend trying this one out!

Absolutely love the energy and intensity of these classes! Coach Jamie and entire team is super motivating and right by your side correcting form and pushing for that extra rep! Cost is above average but highly recommend if you thrive in team/group exercise settings

This is my first time doing group fitness classes. I am currently enjoying the experience. The team at the west Cary location are great, easy to talk too. My heart rate is always up with these work outs and I get in a good sweat.

I am a founding member at F45 West Cary. The F45 motto of Team Training is true to its core. Great workouts with great coaches and a physically diverse group of members. I am always challenged by the coaches and am probably in the best physical condition I have been in my life. The coaches always make sure that the exercise is being performed in a proper form. The coaches also push you to challenge yourself but know that it is your workout and you know your body best to ensure that you do not over exert of get injured.The members attend awesome. We push each other and the partner workouts are fun. I feel that to the F45 family and not just a workout studio.I could write pages of why you should consider F45 West Cary but i will let you judge. Just don’t give up. Showing up is 90% of the work, the other 10% is having fun with the workouts at F45 West Cary.

I found this gem when I moved from Boston to Cary in August. Not knowing anyone I was greeted by Annalise the manager who was so welcoming and knowledgeable. It feels like home when I walk in! The coaches are very impressive with their experience and advice. I always have a great workout and great time with the other members!

F45 West Cary is AWESOME! I've been a member for over a year. I've seen some amazing results and met some wonderful people. The coaches do a great job encouraging and motivating you to push yourself (in a very positive manor - not yelling at you). I highly recommend anyone looking for a great workout with a great staff and some awesome people to give F45 West Cary a shot. You won't be disappointed!

I’ve been attending F45 at this location for just about 2 years. The trainers are awesome and so friendly! The people I workout with are super nice and supportive. The people are what makes this place great. F45 workouts are a bonus! I’ve seen improvements and am constantly challenged.

Not for the faint of heart here. If you're looking for an advanced, high paced, high energy, positive workout in an hour or less, you have found the right place. If this is your 1st time trying to work out though, I'm not sure I would recommend F45 as it may be too much.The exercise circuits put together here are never boring and never repeated. The instructors are nice, personable, knowledgeable and motivating. The music is great too.I personally love the weights based workout over the cardio ones, but that's just me.If you want a real burn that you'll feel all day and the next and the results that come with it, then give F45 a chance. The money is worth it if you stick with it.
