I love this gym!! I started going in April after undergoing major surgery in January I have more surgery in July and needed to really gain my strength and stamina From the time I made my first phone call to inquire I spoke with Panteal and was so excited. She just drew me in. Logan is the sweetest and caring beautiful person. Her smile greets you when you walk in. Carolee came up with an exercise regimen for me and makes me feel so encouraged and motivated. I just love you guys and this gym!! Wanda

A great facility, with all that you need to get your work out on! A lot of machines and weights. A lot of different group fitness classes!Zumba with Aya is a great cardio class for everyone!

I came to the gym & was offered 3 free sessions. After the first session I decided not to return. Upon arrival the instructor didn’t greet me nor did I feel welcome during the entire session. The instructor never came to introduce herself even after the session was over. Not recommend!

Excel Body Fintess is not just a gym. At Excel you become family. Where the staff is friendly and everyone knows your name. Did I mention, the accountability. If you are looking for a gym, go ahead and make Excel your home. You wont regret it.

Carolee shares daily her positive attitude and happy smile as she consistently goes above and beyond in each of her classes demonstrating correct techniques, modifications for myself & any who need it, and unending support for me and every single person in class. Excel is the first gym I've ever been to and I was incredibly nervous the first time I went. I signed up to have a personal trainer as well as regular membership.From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and welcoming. The owners, the trainers and the other clients.My trainer (Thea) is amazing. Professional and understanding of limitations. Pushes me just enough and works with me on things I can't do quite yet. The owners are fantastic, friendly and encouraging. The facility is nice. Plenty of options and always tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

Fabulous staff, trainers and members. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Excellent cleanliness. Definitely a family atmosphere. Carolee and personal trainers are always willing to help. Pantea's professionalism and friendly smile are always there to greet you.If you've ever considered joining a gym, don't hesitate any longer. You'll be glad you did!

I've been going to Excel for quite a while for personal training mostly now. I know that if I just go to a gym I won't work out, I needed someone to really "kick my butt"! And that is exactly what I found in Aaron! I call him colonel because he pushes me to do my best! The gym is great! They have Zumba and a challenging series called X, which I hope to someday be able to do!!!! It's very friendly and I love the staff

When you walk through the doors of Excel, the staff makes you feel like part of a family!Every staff member is friendly and takes the time to get to know you! Even through email, you get the same warm, caring feelings!
