would not ever recommend this insurance. Settling a insurance claim with their agents.The people are rude. They are argumentative. They are disrespectful and unaware of the law. My insurance is GEICO I have never argued with a agent on a written document law that they emailed to me.He told me “ you are the first after 12 years to read the document.” Im astonished.But he giving me a bunch of verbal but sending different emails and documents for me to fill out but arguing somthing different.. I wish there was sombody to talk to about this.After a car collision. They insurer caused. I am arguing with a agent on reading a document and his word. Not legal at all

THE WORST PLACE EVER ! do not get involved with them ! the old lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and talks to you like you’re stupid when you’re just bringing the information that you were told .

Erie insurance should be avoided. I though after 20 years that I had found the insurance company for our family but after a claim on our house I received a non renewal notice! 20 years! They are not a partner they are not looking out for you at all. Take your business elsewhere and save you the pain I went through. Wow, still can’t believe it.

If Zero stars was an option it would have given that… waiting almost a year to be passed around from one supervisor to another up to five now… still have not had my claim professionally managed nobody knows their job title nor do they care had nothing but insulting conversations with supervisors if you can manage to get a call or email back from them takes two weeks per response if any at all they lie on the phone and act like calls are not recorded I’m hoping corporate will handle this matter now that I have reached out to them!!!

I spoke to Cynthia Holloway in requards to my brother auto accident Darrly which we conference call. She was very rude she began yell at my brother & this not acceptable dealing with and insurance company especially when. He was injured by one of there insured policy holder. I have never 44 years experience talking to a insurance adjuster that was so rude. I asked to transfer to a supervisor David Wheeler and he was not friendly at all trying to hear anything. Myself or brother complaint. I do business with State Farm and have NEVER experience this rudeness please DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Someone insured through Erie Insurance caused a wreck that left my car totaled. The woman insured with them that caused the car wreck was very honest, kind, and apologetic. However, since dealing with her insurance company I have had resistance dealing with having a rental car. They refuse to extend a rental car service due to "paperwork delay". They lie about the correct timeline and refuse to take ownership when it is proven by the post office that the delay is caused by factors by their company.When they say, "until the claim is settled" what they really mean is : "we only offer 2 weeks".Ridiculous.

We had a dishwasher overflow in our kitchen, which ruined our engineered hardwood floors. We never filed an insurance claim and the thought of doing so was terrifying.We filed the claim by phone and Erie Apex responded immediately. We had an agent at our house the next business day and the agent did a very thorough job of explaining the process to me. The agent measured our floors, had an estimate to us in less than a week and a check for the repair in the mail the following week.I highly recommend Erie Apex for home insurance!
