Both my littles love it here. Staff are so personable, relatable and loving. They truly do love these kids like their own. Activities daily, field trips, spirit weeks, sport programs on site.. The only thing that I wish I could change is is finding them earlier! 5/5

Almost all of these reviews are from years ago under a different administrator so I thinks it’s important to post a more current review of this wonderful school. My son has been attending here for almost 2 years now. He started in the toddler class and is now in early pre-school. It’s so clear how much his teachers and the administrators care for my son. He’s had a great experience, so have we. May be the only early childhood school like this that has a gym, which is so great for my active son on rainy, hot, or cold days. He’s made several friends, loves his teachers, is clearly leaning a lot (even how to potty train) there, his vocabulary and social skills are thriving, we know he’s safe, they offer several extra programs to keep him busy like soccer, sports, and theater classes, and we’re looking forward to keeping him there in the future.

Dear parents, if you are looking for a care center where the Director and the staff really have the professional and personal skills to care with love and integrity for your most valuable human being, your child. This location is recommended for any parent who can work productively knowing and feeling that their child's life is in trustworthy, responsible hands and, most importantly, your child will feel the care with much and true love. Thank you so much Director Suzanne, you are amazing !!

Great staff and great kids..The director Janet..is horrible, she's rude and disrespectful wouldn't recommend anyone to take their experience or education there for employment.

I loved working at this center. Some teachers are really hard working and really tend to each child individually in a loving and nurturing manner. When a parent dropped off in my classroom, they knew their child was learning and in the best hands at the end of the day.To anyone looking for employment here, Its a great place for teachers to have close relationships with families and their children. As for the work environment if you want CLEAR and DEFINITIVE answers about pay, benefits and merit raises don't look for the front desk operations but communicate with the corporate offices. As a trained and certified teacher you should be paid equivalent to education and salary.

A 2 year old boy suffered nursemaids elbow (caused by who or how was not shown on tape) in 9 am but was ignored for whole day until parent discovered at pick up (5 pm). He could not move his arm for whole day and was described as "crying on and off all day". He was ignore.Little Pros Academy fully acknowledged their fault after the incident, the reason for the dislocated elbow was "inconclusive". I wouldn't trust this daycare center any more and would not recommend it to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about LPA East Cary. The teachers are spectacular, the staff is friendly and responsive, the facility is impeccable and most importantly I feel 100% confident in the quality of care that my children are receiving. My sons have thrived while at this school for the past four years. They come home everyday with a new piece of "art", humming a new song and teaching ME new things.

I have two sons at LPA EC - 1 and 3. I love the focus on physical activity at the school. The gym and playgrounds look really fun. My kids are learning so much more than I'd know how to teach them at home. The oldest one loves his old teachers in the 2 year old class so much that he still (after several months) insists on visiting them every day before going to his new class. Preschool has been great for helping him open up and talk a lot more, too.

Honestly, the preschool would be wonderful if it were solely judged by (a majority of) its teachers. We've been lucky (with the exception of one) to have come across some of the most loving teachers between the Morrisville and East Cary centers. The admin staff however, is awful. As a working parent - your main goal in choosing childcare is to find someone you're confident loves your child as much as you do (maybe even more on 'those days’) but also to find a place that makes that one aspect (out of the million other things you juggle) of your life easy. IMO, drop off, teacher friendliness and pick up should be seamless. This daycare does the exact opposite. I think our billing was correct once. Once. I begged over and over again for signs on classroom doors at the end of the day so that when I'm done with a long days' work I could just read a sign and find where my child might be if not in her actual classroom. I've spent countless time searching for my child - and one heart dropping time when no one in the WHOLE daycare seemed to know where she disappeared to. This is one of the most unorganized companies I've ever had to work with and unfortunately it was also where I trusted the care of my child. I cannot recommend this daycare to anyone. I'm actually astonished at the fact it still has 5 stars. I have never felt they listened or cared when I came to them with a concern. Parking is atrocious as well - and the center has their buses and teachers park in front of the building leaving about 10 spots for pickup and drop off. I would go earlier than necessary to drop off just so I could avoid the whole experience. There are so many other great 5 star childcare choices that also offer so much more organization and friendliness.

Love the atmosphere and support from parents and staff! I have currently been working at LPA of East Cary for almost 2 years in the Preschool program and have loved all of my children. We are like a family here at East Cary and would love for your child to come learn with us!
