While I was buying things in the store the ladie at the check out counter told me they where not giving out bathroom keys anymore and I would have to go to the store net to them Harbor Freight to us the bathroom. Even after I offered to give her money for the bathroom key. How rude

Soo I usually wouldn't give a rating for a dollar tree but this one was nice and the workers were nice. The fact I remember looking at the guy name plate (Terrence?) goes to show the impact made.He was walking around helping ppl, cleaning up, stocking shelves, just being polite & we went during the holiday season. Nice to see ppl seem like actually like their job.Would recommend!

The Manager CJ truly cares and takes the time to help his customers. He went so far as to help me find a recpeit from a month ago and print me a new copy, truly exceptional service.

Dollar tree in apex, nc Wouldn’t let me speak to a manager, very rude, I was hung up on by two different t people. I will not be going back to this store horrible customer service.

I guess just like every where else, they are short staffed. The store was a mess & crowded! I bought 4 of the large plastic clip boxes for $3 each, but was charged $5 each. I live like 40 mins away so I don't want to make a trip back. I suggest everyone check your receipt before you leave the store!Merry Christmas ? to all !

Expect 10 minutes of waiting just to check out.Probably not worth the time loss for whatever item you may be trying to get. No self check out when the most expensive thing there is literally $5.Better off just paying full price by the time you deal with what a hassle it is to attempt to shop here.
