Excellent service. Brought in my BMW X3 due to a slow leak in one tire. I did not buy the tires at Discount Tire (was on the vehicle when purchased used). Since its a run flat and the vehicle is an AWD I worried that it was not repairable and would that I would have to purchase at least 2 new tires at ~ $800 (run flats are very expensive and you should not replace just one tire on an AWD vehicle). Discount Tire plugged the tire at no charge. i know where I'm buying y next set of tires! Outstanding.

I have been going to this Discount Tire for years now, and I am always very happy. I just recently got all 4 of my tires replaced and was very happy with the service, but realized my tire light was on after. It did not turn off for about 2 weeks, so I called discount tire and was told to bring it in so they could look at it. Turns out one of my tire pressure sensors was bad. I spoke with Chris and he told me that they could fix it, so I brought my car back in the following Monday and they replaced it, they also did not charge me for the labor just the sensor. I will always go back to this Discount Tire. They are always great and fast.

Everyone here was great. I've always had good experiences with Discount no matter what state I've been in. I don't know if Anthony is a manager or not but if he isn't, he really needs to be. All of the crew was fantastic and they even gave my son a popsicle while hanging around waiting for my repair. I'll definitely return to this location when I need to replace my tires.

Made an appointment to have my tires rotated, all at 5mm.
Employee questioned my want for them to be rotated, and tried to convince me otherwise with a somewhat condescending tone.
My tires are above the tolerance for Replacement Now (2mm) and Recommended Soon (4mm).
As far as I'm concerned, I can do what I want with my things.

I've been taking all my cars here for years and after each appointment I mean to write a review but forget.
The folks here are just fantastic. The price is always competitive, the service extremely friendly, the system they have to keep you updated via text of the status of your car is excellent.
Recently I brought a car in because there was a nail in the tire. I haven't had this car services there before. They took care of it within the hour and didn't charge me anything.
In short - highly recommend.

I was traveling back to New England from Florida recently. I got a flat tire from a nail. I asked if they could help. Although the shop was busy they swapped it w/spare no charge. Thanks again!

Just like every Discount Tire I have ever visited. Professional and friendly. We (my shop) regularly drop off wheel sets for our race cars to have them fitted with tires and balanced. All around a good experience.

I have to wait for an hour and 30 minutes just for flat tire repair. They have put someone who is new and he was just blank and took such a long time. Don’t care that people have to go for work.

Previously had good experiences here but recent experience was very poor. Didn’t notify me when my tires were done. I arrived 30 minutes later than the planned upon time and car was just sitting there waiting to be picked up. The technician also put my previous filthy tires in to the back of my car with no protective bags or coverings to protect the car. This is something they have always done before. I now have multiple grease marks in the car to clean. Common sense was not used that day.

I’ve been coming to Discount Tire for years but only recently started getting my vehicles serviced at this location. This review will get pushed down and likely won’t affect anyone in this location because I’m a number but I will not be returning as a customer. The majority of the staff at this location are excellent but it was the Manager who ruined my experience/morning. I work in the service industry myself and the Manager has atrocious customer relations skills. Somewhere between handing over my keys and receiving them back, the physical key was broken in half while in possession of Discount Tire. To be honest I wasn’t even upset initially but rather than conduct a productive conversation about how to move forward, the Manager immediately became defensive by saying that the key was likely already broken to a degree before I brought it to the location which is impossible because the key that I brought is 1 year old and sits on a shelf collecting dust. I was abrasively told to go back to my dealership to get a new key. I have since been reimbursed for the new key but not without a dismissive “next time watch out for hairline fractures” as I walked out. Forget apologizing/accountability, blame the client. Unbelievable. Never have I experienced such disrespect after spending over $2000 on tires/services over the past 2 years. I’m already telling friends and family to avoid this establishment.

I purchased the Hankook iON evo for my EV and really like the tires, smooth and quit ride. The experience and service was excellent, they were friendly and knowledgeable and I recommend!
