I had a bolt in my tire and they repaired it for free which I though was nice and a cool way to gain new customers. i decided to get my tires rotated and balanced here and while rotating my rear wheel stud snapped off apparently. I called the place they recommended to repair it and they said Discount Tire should pay for it. It is around 250 bucks. When I requested that they said it was on me because the stud was "worn" and the metal "softened". I pushed, but they just pushed back so I just left. the stub was not rusted and I spark tested the broken piece when I got home and it was definitely hard so seems pretty clear it was over torqued. I decided to do the repair myself to avoid the cost and the guy at the auto parts store agreed it was over torqued. When I took the tire off the other 4 lug nuts came off fine. So just be careful as if they break your car they will try and not take responsibility for it and leave you holding the bag.
UPDATE: Manager reached out and took care of the broken stud and was prepared to balance my other tire if needed as well. Wasn't expecting thay, happy with how it all turned out.

I've been coming to discount tire for about ten years now - always reasonably priced, quick/friendly service and I also truly appreciate that they do free rotations and provide warranty. For example, a few years ago I ran over a nail the literal same week that I had gotten a new tire and they replaced it for me for free. Will definitely continue to come here as long as I am able!
Also, wait times totally depend on when you arrive, regardless of appointment times, like at most auto places - check the opening and closing times first! If you show up 30 minutes before closing you're probably, definitely going to have to wait a while.....show up early, around opening, or before noon and you will have a shorter wait for sure! I've never made an appointment here and have never had to wait more than an hour going off of what I stated above.

Pretty much the same review as Barrett a few days ago. 5:30 appointment after work on 6-4-24. I got there at before 5:15 since I work at the quarry just a couple miles away. Went for a walk around the shopping center after checking in. Walked back by around 6:00 and my truck was of course still in the parking lot. It was another hour before I finally was able to leave. But I think I have it figured out. They take appointments, but they won’t turn down any walk ins either. So I’m sure there were a few walk ins getting service when i arrived. And why worry about me anyway since I made the appointment and already paid $913.56 online? They’ll get to me when they get to me, right? Folks, if you make an appointment with this business, just know from the start it means nothing. The new tires that were installed seem to be fine, drives very good.

Everything about my experience was great except for the wait time and it left a very sour taste in my mouth.
I booked online for a 5:30pm appointment and arrived on time. There was about a 5-10 min wait to check in because everyone was helping someone else. I had already paid and booked online. I was finally checked in and the salesperson was very nice and prompt. She told us it'd be about 40 minutes to get the tires changed. Cool.
Well, around 6:00, I notice our car hasn't moved from its parking spot. I check the app and it says the car will be done at 6:30. This was a surprise since that's an hour, not 40 minutes. I was with my wife and child and briefly considered getting a Lyft to send them home but we figured we could do 30 more minutes.
Well, 6:30 rolls around and our car still hasn't moved. I am annoyed. A technician/salesperson comes in and calls my name. He just wanted to make sure I was still there because I was next in line. Great.
We finally left Discount Tire at 7:00pm. It took an hour and a half with an appointment and I never got accurate information about the wait time. I don't mind waiting if I can plan accordingly but this visit felt like I was just strung along.
All of the employees were really nice and seemed to be hustling. However, next time I'll just drop off the car because their wait times cannot be trusted. The app never updated either.

what the heck are these weird ahh reviews, yall are literally making things up, anyway most of these guys are pretty good at their job but some are just stupid, ask for the redshirts to do your tires if you have nice rims.

I caught a flat tire less than 5 minutes before closing. I pulled up to see if they could put air in my tire real quick. They could have turned me away, but Joe was eager to help. The air was coming out as quickly as he was attempting to fill it up. He found a nail in the tire and asked if I had a spare and offered to put it on. He not only put it on, but he made sure it had enough air in it, And topped off the other three tires! He then suggested a plan of action and to come back during their following business hours. Joe went above and beyond, and I was so thankful for the last minute help that I was in dire need of. Thank you so much Joe!

They fixed a flat on a tire that I bought elsewhere while traveling for free. Fast and fair and friendly, I have been using them for 10 years and will give them all my family’s business.

Katie was the best! When I came in with a flat tire and ended up needing a whole new set of tires, she walked me through the whole process and explained everything to me. She helped me find the best bang for my buck in tires and all around made the whole experience better.

BEWARE!!!! Anything to try and sell you their tires. Get a second opinion before purchasing tires from them. They will tell you your tires are bad to make a sale. ?? BAD BUSINESS. I purchased these tires from you guys and the nerve to try and rip me off. I went elsewhere and they fixed the tire with no problem. BAD BUSINESS Practices..

Snagged four new tires, didn't break the bank.
Quick service, cost less than Costco.
Paid $570 as opposed to $700
