Asked Pharmacy Staff for a medication refill. They said check with Walgreens...Does Pharmacy has responsibility to fill prescriptions or atleast tell the patient whether other cvs pharmacy has the medicine? I was willing to travel atleast 50 miles to pick up the prescription. Their reasoning for not refilling the medicines is they are under-staffed. How are we responsible if pharmacy is under-staffed? They sit in middle of Cary. We expect better from CVS management.

I had an important prescription to pick up and showed up to the outside pharmacy window by 10 minutes before closing. Annoying yes but the prescription was important and I could not get there any earlier. I pulled up to the window by four minutes before closing and they had closed. I do feel like a pharmacy has some level of extra responsibility to stay open till closing and especially not close early . I would rate myself a two Star for showing up so late, but that does not excuse CVS for closing early when there were clearly pharmacy staff in the pharmacy.

The pharmacist made me feel small and insignificant when she wouldn’t take 3 minutes to call a coupon company to potentially save me $100. Instead she said I could come back later in the day…today I drove 2 hours (only CVS in the whole Triangle who had my wife’s critical medication) and paid $550 for 30 days of meds.

Unable to reach anyone at the pharmacy even after it states that I’m being connected to the pharmacy. The line just goes silent. Tried a few times. Read other reviews and maybe I shouldn’t have transferred my prescriptions from the other CVS.

Awful customer service /time management !
My husband had a vaccine appointment for 5. We waited in queue to check in for vaccine at the counter. There was someone before us, who. They attended to that gentleman for about 25 minutes and then refused to come back to us, even though we were waiting in line. I finally called out and told them we are trying to check in for vaccine appointment at 5:45. The lady had the audacity to say, we are very late for the appointment , while had been waiting there for the last 45 minutes !

Horrible experience ever. The clerk just want to close the shop by 8pm but not to try help the patients. No commitment to the work and very rude to the customer

I have called this pharmacy four times in the last two days to check on a prescription that my doctor called in 3 days ago. Three times I held over 15 or 20 minutes only to be disconnected. I finally got someone on the line, but the girl who answered interrupted me while I was talking and when I mentioned the phone was disconnected three times, she didn't even respond. Horrible customer service! Finally they're getting around to filling my prescription. It should've be so difficult for them to get a prescription filled and have some small ability to provide a minimum level of customer service.

Their service was okay, but last several months it has been so unpleasant experience with its pharmacy. It took over a week to get my med refilled. And they never explained what was going on, just saying’In processing’.Ended up visiting them and refilled in 10min.I still don’t understand how they work, and am going to switch my pharmacy to a different store.

Poor service, although friendly while doing a poor job. Called to schedule a vaccine shot and was told no need to schedule, just best to walk-in between 11:00 - 1:00. Frankly, my sense was they did not want to be bothered taking the info to schedule. I came in at 11:45, was told I should have scheduled an appointment, they were too busy and to come back after 2:00. Came back at 2:45, waited 10 minutes at the window to be acknowledged. Told to wait in the waiting area. It was another 25 minutes before they came to give me a shot, which took less than 5 minutes from entering the room to leaving.

Do not print photos here. The worst quality of all time! Very atypical for CVS so I think it’s only this location. I had them reprinted and the quality improved but still was very very poor.

Older lady working at pharmacy was rude, I asked to fill my spouse's rx and she huffed stating she had to go to another computer to do that. I was the only one in line at the time. I said nevermind as it was such an "inconvenience" apparently to do her job. I still wanted to check out as I was already there. She told me that I could pay for my items at the front (when I had medicine/cold items to purchase, nothing else). I said ok and took my items. She had the nerve to say thank you there's 3 more people behind you now like I'm not a paying customer just like them. My child said she was really rude, as we walked away. Sad when a child picks up on an adult's bad behavior. Avoid this pharmacy.

Customers, be careful! If you are filling a prescription, be extra cautious and go through the counts and dose by yourself to check pharmacists' work! The pharmacists in this store not only counted wrong number of tablets, but also distributed tablets with INCORRECT dose level, and they refused to correct their mistakes. I'm going to work with my providers to change my default pharmacy to another one, not CVS, especially not the CVS on Green Level Church Road! I post with one star because if I choose 0 star, Google wouldn't allow me to post my feedback. They deserve 0 star.
