I have visited this business several times. I have always enjoyed the variety of selections and how clean the store was. Today I was disappointed to find out I could not drop off expired medications at this location. Even though Google said CVS had a drop off. Most of the store was well stocked but a few shelves were very limited. It did not have the same feel of personnel or cleanliness I remembered. It is still a great place to shop.

Thank you so much to the kind pharmacist who fulfilled my prescription as I rolled to the window when her lunch break started. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the friendly service!!

Google needs an option for ZERO stars. Let's make a list for this place shall we:1) Never answers the phone. And if they do, they are either rude or just hang up to keep it from ringing.2) The drive thru is almost always closed due to "staff shortages." Not good when you have kids and you can't drag everyone into the store. And if I am able to go into the store, I see there are about 8 people working back there. And it's never the same people. It's like a rotating shelf of grumpy people working back there.3) Regular medications that should be stocked are not. It takes days for important prescriptions to be filled because they either have to order it or just don't even fill it. My last prescription, they just didn't even bother to fill it after me calling for days after it was sent in by my doctor. This is a health concern especially when your insurance dictates which pharmacy to use. It's also not good when you are sick and medications have to be started immediately.I have now gone elsewhere where occasionally I pay more. I can no longer tolerate the absolutely horrible service. Never seen anything like this. It's bad enough that a great deal of us are at the mercy of pharmaceutical costs, but to deal with these things as well is most infuriating. Good riddance.

I started using this pharmacy due to the convenient location and ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. Their convenient hours also help as well, so far this one has not decided to randomly close early. The staff here is very nice, helpful and quick.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would have given them 0. The pharmacy doesnt know how to answer a phone and the staff are consistently rude.

Terrible service. Frequent issues with basic prescriptions. Long wait times. Understaffed and unfriendly unsympathetic to the needs of their patrons.

Basic prescriptions take days to fill. The only real way to seem to get help is to actually call them and tell them you needed immediately at which point you can get it in about 2 hours. There's a local pharmacy right around the corner. That is locally owned and operated just go there.

If I could give the Tryon Rd CVS pharmacy a zero star I would. The floating pharmacist, Amri, had me on hold for more than 20 minutes. I called to transfer a prescription and she was less than friendly and short with me when I mentioned how long I had been on hold. She complained about having vaccinations waiting. I appreciate they are busy, but my time is valuable too and they could at least be more polite. CVS does not appear to want your business if they cause their stores to be this understaffed or staffed with people that hate their jobs and/or are rude with their customers.

We came in yesterday at 5:45pm so my husband can get the tdap vaccine since I am pregnant and he has to have that to be around the baby. The pharmacist told us to come back the next day no appointment required since they close in 15 minutes. He told us just come in after 11am and he will give it.Well we showed up today and as we were talking to one of the pharmacy techs letting him know that this what we were told the day before an Asian lady who is not even wearing a uniform, does not look like she is a pharmacist, doesn't even have a name tag or look like she works there jumped the conversation and told us no you can't get the vaccine without an appointment. So we asked the tech guy if he can look to see when the next available time they have availability, and she jumped the conversation again to answer and say “he can not look it up for you or help you make the appointment just go online, it takes too much of our time to do something like that for you”The tech guy said try coming tomorrow when then other guy is here he would give it to you as a walk in. So we just left. This is such a messed up service and an unorganized team. The Asian lady was extremely rude and has no customer service at all. We came in twice to only be turned down twice. It would have been much easier if the guy said you need an appointment for that vaccine from the beginning. We will not be returning to this CVS due to this miscommunication and bad customer service.
