Kyara is one of the best at this location, wish every CVS had a person like her. She keeps the drive thru going fast and loves her job. This is a busy location and I'm very glad she knows how to keep it going efficiently

The pharmacists seem helpful, but there are one or two "cash register staff" that completely kill any type of positive customer service. Some of the people on that team have no business whatsoever working in customer service.

Nuf said I have no words or time to say anything, but the best word for me would be BULLIED , and not just a single pharmacy employee. Mote than just a few, but they eventually are replacing them with the next one others over appox.5 or 6 years.I have been going out of town and have not had any issues with my current situation, and I'm doing well and I have been trying for some time to get my life back in balance but I'm still trying my hardest to make my best personal self.. thx ??Life ?And God is good ?

Pharmacy workers have gotten very Rude for no reason. I feel like I am being a bother to them for trying to get my prescription. I don’t appreciate the attitude. It’s sad how much it has gone down hill. I use to enjoy coming to this location. Any questions I ask feels like I am causing such a disservice to them.

Don't bother trying to get a pharmacist on the phone. Called and after 10 minutes on hold I drove to another CVS and filled my prescription there. That CVS pharmacy confirmed that the Kildaire Farm CVS pharmacy was open. 23 minutes and I was done filling my prescription. The Kildaire Farm CVS pharmacy line still hadnt picked up! I hung up.

Ordered a print here and called before driving 25 minutes out to this location to ensure that my print would be printed and ready so I did not waste almost an hour in the car. Was told by the manager that the print would be ready within 10 minutes of me calling. When I arrived, I was told that the printer was actually broken and he just lied to me on the phone because he assumed it was ready. Horrible service and terrible manger. So angry. I wish I could give it negative Stars this place is the absolute worst cvs ever and the manager who lied to me didn't even apologize

This has to be the most disorganized pharmacy in the world! At the current moment I am sitting on hold in their phone system for going on 15 minutes!Are they so busy that they can’t answer their damn phones?Also, it’s a little disconcerting when they seem confused all of the time…not a good look for a medical facility! Speaking of not a good look, the store has been dirty and disorganized for years now.Check out the other poor reviews, over years, but nothing seems to ever change.Unfortunately, I have Aetna as my insurance and have to use them.TERRIBLE store!

I dread having to call CVS. The new phone menu takes so long to get through. Besides that, whenever I have a prescription that insurance doesn't cover, I still need it filled, so I call to get them to fill it without insurance. Most of the time I have to call multiple times, because they keep putting it on hold no matter how many times I ask them to just fill it. This is not the fault of the people who work there, their system used for prescription management and notes is not easy to use and makes it harder on them to keep things straight.I do realize they're busy, the people here. I have no problem with them. I just feel that CVS at the corporate level needs to give their employees more tools and more resources to actually be able to do their job.

The pharmacy manager Bethany was soooo rude and unprofessional. If you have to get prescriptions that you are still coping with mentally do not go to the pharmacy while she is there. She is loud and obnoxious about your privacy and is insensitive. The rest of the staff is great. Bethany shouldn’t be in pharmacy jobs or anything concerning health.

nice enough, but customer service isn't what to expect. needed to update my insurance, they told me they had it, even handed them my new card. obviously didn't because I paid too much for my script. Ended up calling my old store to double check my info, they never had my new insurance and i needed to add it over the phone. it wasn't even busy when I went in. never had a bad experience with CVS til this one.

Picked up a prescription and they’re usually really busy at the time I show up, but Ryan was still very friendly, welcoming and helpful

Stop hounding me about upgrading my carecard. There is never any CVS products I would use, so it would be a waste of my money.
