Blonde girl up front has a nasty attitude. Very unprofessional manner. From reading other reviews it seems this location has a lot of the same problems as is. Will not be revisiting this location.

The phone number does not connect you to the pharmacy to speak with someone directly. You have to leave a message and wait for a returned call. This leads to phone tag. I’ve waited 30 minutes in their drive through to pick up a script with only 2 cars ahead of me. Their medication is often out of stock when I can get it from another pharmacy. Requested that medication they automatically filled for me be put back as I’m now required to use Walgreens for my 90 day scripts. Instead of putting it back, they called me and asked if I wanted to reconsider. This held me up from getting my medication because it was ran through my insurance and could not be filled at Walgreens.

Do not use this pharmacy. First attempt to get my prescription they didn't even try to file a claim with my insurance or copay card. Just assumed it wouldn't work. Second time, same day after calling insurance and copay, neither had a claim attempted, they (CVS pharmacy) did it wrong. "I think someone is giving you the wrong information" cvs said. call back to copay card who informs me wrong code was used and asked "why hasn't the pharmacy called us directly yet? That should have been they're first step (after actually making a claim)"

we usually have an great experience with the people working in the pharmacy. this one pharmacist named Victoria is very unprofessional. she denies any kind of service to me and my mother . she’s rude , always has an attitude . everyone else is so kind and helps so much. tonight however we made an appointment for a vaccine and she refused to do it , so that lead to having us to cancel . she wouldn’t even talk to us directly, or give us an answer. that is not who needs to be working at the pharmacy!

This CVS has consistently had problems for years. Our prescriptions are frequently delayed. Tonight I went to pick up in the drive thru. There were four people working, sitting at their computers. I saw one guy help one person while I was there for over 20 minutes. I tried the call button but was promptly ignored. Please take your business someplace else.

Someone needs to give the pharmacy staff a vacation because the attitude I was given and witnessed today was ugly and uncalled for. The lead pharmacist is not only unprofessional, she yelled at me “HAVE A GREAT DAY” after realizing she was wrong. I don’t feel safe with my medications at this location. I am shocked that a medical staff treats customers this way.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at the pharmacy. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this level of disregard for customers, especially when they are unwell, is simply unacceptable.
I had a prescription sent over by my doctor, and after waiting a couple of hours, I went to pick it up via the drive-thru. Despite seeing me waiting at the window, I wasn’t acknowledged for at least five minutes. When someone finally did come to assist, they interrupted me as I was giving my information, cutting me off before I could finish. After asking for my date of birth, they still couldn’t find my prescription because they had entered my name incorrectly.
Once that was sorted out, I was told that my prescription hadn’t even been started and to come back in two hours. Feeling sick and frustrated, I drove home. However, just several minutes after leaving the pharmacy, I received a text saying my prescription was ready, so I reluctantly turned around and returned to the drive-thru.
When I arrived, the shade was down with no explanation. I saw someone behind the shade shake it but, again, there was no acknowledgment or communication. I pressed the call button only to be informed that the pharmacy was closed. When I went inside, I found a sign stating they were on lunch break.
What bothers me most is not just the delays, but the lack of basic courtesy and communication. If there had been clearer signs or better service, this entire situation could have been avoided. When dealing with people who are unwell, the least that can be done is to treat them with respect and provide straightforward information. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I hope this feedback can help improve service for future customers.

I like this pharmacy. They are short staffed sometimes but that's not the pharmacy staff fault. Sometimes we blame the pharmacy for the mistakes of others, like your doctor's office staff not sending correct information or not renewing a prescription, insurance refusing to authorized or pay for a prescription, and the biggest blame the CVS pharmacy staff gets blamed for supply chain disruptions and logistics. Please keep an open mind, customers need to be nicer and understand the frustration those employees at any pharmacy locations are encountering.

Absolutely awful pharmacy staff. Needed an emergency eyedrop prescription that is PRE BOXED for my dog. My vet called and spoke to them and they took the script, then when we got there they told us that they can't fill it with the worst attitude. If you hate your job so much, do something else. You're dealing with very sensitive, important matters. There is no reason to act like that to your customers.

Kyara is one of the best at this location, wish every CVS had a person like her. She keeps the drive thru going fast and loves her job. This is a busy location and I'm very glad she knows how to keep it going efficiently
