I started working out at CrossFit Coordinate with a friend of mine. I had my doubts about how it would go as I have predominantly just lifted weights in commercial gyms for years. I found that I really enjoyed the culture and the workouts. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the equipment was high quality. The coaches were very knowledgeable and did a great job critiquing form to ensure injuries were avoided. The coaches also did a great job motivating you during the workouts. I highly recommend CrossFit Coordinate to anyone looking for a new experience.

A fantastic crossfit gym in Cary, NC. The team of coaches here are absolutely amazing! It's a fantastic community where everyone helps each other out to achieve their goals.

I had a wonderful time attending classes at Crossfit Coordinate, located in Cary, NC! The coaches and other members are super friends. And the owner Pete is great and made my experience at CF Coordinate awesome. Highly recommend!

I dropped in for the day while visiting family for the holidays, everyone was so inviting and helpful! We did a 12 days of Christmas workout and coach Kristen gave me some great tips to help with my toes to bar. Highly recommend!

When I started at Crossfit Coordinate in Cary, NC I knew nothing about Crossfit nor would I have considered myself an athlete. I took a free trial class with my co-worker just to check it out and had no intention of joining anything. Little did I know that I would become a member and stick with it.Everything was just right: the coach-to-class ratio (one to few), a schedule of planned workouts every week, the diversity of the exercises and workouts, multiple class times in a day (which made it easy to fit at least one time block into my schedule on a regular basis), the scalability of workouts to meet the proper stimulus for an individual athlete’s level, and the best thing of all is the amazing community.The owner, Coach Peter, makes it a point to know each member and help them have the best experience possible. The other coaches are great as well. They have suggestions to scale the workouts and on improving technique. The members are very supportive of each other. I don’t feel judged for where I’m at in my fitness journey, but rather empowered to keep improving and getting stronger.There are also various social events and athletic competitions this place hosts throughout the year to strength the community and bring the members’ family and friends together.It’s been a year since I tried my first Crossfit workout. I love it and I’m still going steady. I highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you’re starting your fitness journey or a seasoned veteran!

I have been a member for nearly 3 years. The coaches have been supportive and very helpful in teaching good form and technique to excel and be safe. The environment is friendly and very supportive. It is great to have the option to go to classes (my preference) or open gym if I missed a class and want to get an extra workout in on my own. Peter, the owner, cares deeply about the members and the environment. It is great to have enough equipment that we don’t have to run shifts or share machines during workouts. The equipment is kept in top shape and Peter is always looking for improvements.

Crossfit Coordinate in Cary NC is a gem. The coaches are excellent and really know their stuff. They focus on form and modify for individuals when necessary. Because of this a class of people with differing levels of strength and ability can all do the workout together. The membership is very supportive and encouraging. I cannot recommend Crossfit Coordinate highly enough. Go and give it a try.

I have been a member of CrossFit Coordinate in Cary for almost 8 years. It has been my home away from home and what I look forward to every day, working out with a great community and training with awesome coaches. My health and strength has never been better and I love the positive encouragement I get from the gym. It’s a fun environment and a place that offers so much more than gym equipment, it’s a community of hard working individuals that support one another and encourage progress.

I recently joined CrossFit Coordinate. Being a beginner, I was initially nervous, but as soon as I stepped in the gym that nervousness disappeared. Everyone was really welcoming and encouraging. All of the coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced you’ll get a great workout. Peter (the owner) took the time to discuss my fitness goals with me and help me come up with a plan to meet those goals. I’m so glad that I joined CFC.

Having never been an 'athlete', I was a little hesitant when my sons suggested that I try CrossFit. But 7 years later, I can't imagine Crossfit Coordinate not being part of my health and fitness routine. Peter and his coaching staff are great - always encouraging me and challenging me to push myself just a little further. The community at Coordinate is so welcoming it makes working out something I look forward to.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the friendly staff and coaches who genuinely care about helping you achieve your fitness goals.The facility itself is clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. They have a wide range of equipment and enough space to accommodate all types of workouts. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this gym caters to all fitness levels. The unlimited membership that includes 24 hour gym access is an amazing accommodation that ensures you can always work out around your schedule!If you're looking for a place to challenge yourself, improve your fitness, and be a part of an incredible community, I highly recommend giving Coordinate a try. Unfortunately I am moving, but will make it a priority to drop in when I come home to visit!

While initially being a bit hesitant about joining CrossFit, my experience here has been fantastic, thanks to the supportive people and skilled coaches. The coaches work with you throughout the classes, ensuring you don't overexert yourself or risk injury. Their encouragement strikes the perfect balance and the owner has fostered a welcoming environment where everyone accepts you at your fitness level, wherever your at, and motivates you to continue your CrossFit journey.

CrossFit Coordinate was an excellent experience! The coaches were very beginner friendly and engaging, the facility was extremely clean, and the owner, Peter, took the time to ask me how everything was! If I lived in Cary, NC, this is the best gym to train at!

In town visiting a friend and dropped into CrossFit Coordinate in Cary, NC for a few workouts. The people and the coaches are so nice and friendly. The workouts are great. The coach reviews each movement before the workout and provide modifications for all levels. I'll definitely be dropping in again when I'm in the area.
