Had a great experience in Cooper’s buying a couch. The employees were very helpful, and greeted us immediately when we walked in the door! They helped us find and design our dream couch - we can’t recommend this place more! We almost drove to furnitureland south in high point and are so glad we didn’t! This is the spot to go.

I had a wonderful experience with Coopers Furniture from the day I walked in until delivery. Betsy was great and very informative with the furniture I was looking at. She even gave me some tips for seeing how the size would look in my kitchen which I would never had thought of! I never felt any kind of pressure that you can sometimes get while shopping. Then when Robert and Duncan came to deliver and assemble the furniture, they were nothing but professional. It was so nice to see that and feel so comfortable having them in our home. Kudos to Coopers for not only having wonderful furniture but staff as well. Thank you and I will be back!

I went in and wandered around without any pressure. Betsy is a perfect advocate to get what you want. She was so thorough explaining the product , bringing other choices on line, explaining in detail the charges, making sure I understood the refund policy. I absolutely felt no pressure at all. I ended up buying a writing desk, a stand and a bed frame and mattress. I am extremely happy with the prices and quality

What a great place! We went here on a whim thinking that, for sure, They would be too expensive... Instead we ended up getting pretty much all of our furniture right here! Lori and the whole crew were friendly, professional and extremely low (no!) pressure throughout the buying process... Which for us was two or three weeks of going back and forth to them and several other stores trying to figure out exactly what we wanted. We even took a trip out to furniture land south because we had heard that was a great place to buy furniture at a good price... Don't waste your time. The exact same furniture was LITERALLY double the price of what we saw at Cooper's. We ended up getting a sofa and 2 chairs (with up graded fabric!) at Cooper's for the price of the sofa alone at Furnitureland South! By all means do your homework, look around, find what you like...but I would encourage everyone to stop at Cooper's before buying just to see what they offer. Not only their high quality furniture but take advantage of their great design advice! In fact, we just spent this weekend trying to find end tables all up and down Glenwood avenue hitting all of the furniture stores... And we're headed back to Cooper's next week to buy the tables we saw there. We thought they were a little on the expensive side... but after looking around they're really not... And on top of that the quality is way better than what we saw at Havertys, Bassett, Rooms to Go, Ashley... And a few other smaller furniture stores out that way.

Jenna rocks! Very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions and also very professional and pleasant to us. It's hard to find people who actually seem genuine these days , Jenna is truly a trooper to the Cooper's business!

Hidden jewel in Cary! After spending weeks looking around for a Sofa for a new home - Found this little gem which has good quality brands at a very good price so close to the home . Overall the place was well curated and staff ( Betsy ) was friendly, knowledgeable about their stock and the Brands warranty .

Excellent customer service! We purchased several items from Cooper's and were pleased with both the store and delivery staff. The Archbold piece we purchased is lovely and beautifully crafted. The Hooker table and King Hickory chair fill our living room with a comfortable elegance. Best furniture buying experience we've had hands down. And we'd been to nearly every store in the Raleigh area. This is the only one that had high quality furniture available for purchase off the showroom floor. That made it wonderful for two people trying to furnish a new home with all the supply chain madness. Can't speak highly enough of Lori and Alex! We'll definitely be repeat customers!
