“Really, really, really GREAT gym. The only thing I really wish it had was more hip abductorl/adductor machines. There is only one and it is ALWAYS in use, or if you do get a chance to use it it'll only be a couple of sets before somebody is asking to hop on. Otherwise great gym!”

“This is one of the best YMCAs in the triangle. They have an indoor pool, great coffee machine. The kids area is the best I have found, they have a classroom for each age and the teachers are great about scheduled activities. I drive extra to go to this YMCA.”
