She's very approachable and wants to make sure we found a house we really loved. Michelle is professional. She knows the market. She can provide you proper analysis of your home whether you are purchasing or buying . While working with Michelle in selling our home she provided valuable things to make our home more marketable. She had a short time frame to get our home listed and sold. She ensured buyers agent stayed to correct terms of purchasing a home. She ensured proper amount earnest money was included upon contract acceptance. She was on time with everything she promised and sold our home for asking price within 24 hrs of listing. She is basically super nice, gets things done, and honest!

I went into the process of looking for and purchasing a home with a very limited amount of time and and money. I didn't think it would be possible for me to even get a home but Christina completely blew my expectations out of the water. She helped me find the perfect home for my price range and well within the timeframe I needed. She always was available when I had questions. She advocated on my behalf to the sellers and my lender and guided me every step of the way. I don't think I could have done this with any other realtor and I will recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for a home or even thinking about it.

I have had the pleasure of working with Doug on the purchase and sale of my Durham home. I was a first time home buyer and Doug was so patient and helpful during that stressful and exciting time. Jen knew exactly what needed to be done to sell my rental house. She coordinated the painters, flooring guys and general handyman and I didn’t need to do a thing except pick the colors. This was all done in a very timely manner and the workmanship was great. My house sold quickly and coordination with the closing attorney was seamless. I would highly recommend Jen to anyone.

Let me tell you about a person that goes far beyond of excellency, that is the most professional, kind and hard worker and that person is Karla Gonzalez. Buying a house is an unknown territory for most of the population, myself included, but when I met Karla all this uncertainty disappeared, she was since the minute one, patience to explain to me every single detail of what the process was going to be, she even prepared in advances proactively material for me to have at a hand and explained to me in a professional but understandable way for someone that is not in the business.Karla was always proactive and several steps ahead on the process to ensure the actions to take were in my best interest and benefit, she was always communicative and deliver all results during my process with the highest quality and understanding. Jennifer Buckley is the absolute BEST! I truly cannot say enough great things. From the very beginning, she walked me through both the buying and selling processes with extreme knowledge.
