Bought a pricey glass piece and was told I could return it within 3 days. That’s unusual for a glass shop to offer but I was happy to hear because I later realized it was defective (the second chamber didn’t hold water). I went to return it exactly 3 days later and was then told they no longer did refunds of any kind and the policy changed 2 days ago…? Just seems off. Same employee both times, nice the first time, not the second time.
Nice clean shop, just weird policies. And I guess not great pieces.

I've been coming to this vape shop for a little over 3 years. It's a very excellent well-maintained plenty of options to choose from. The staff are very helpful here. Very knowledgeable and will work with you in bargaining. Sometimes the return process is a little skewed if you ask me but otherwise it's a good store with plenty of tobacco products, smoking products, and accessories that your average smoker may or may not need. They also carry plenty of other products for different types of smokers and users that can sometimes be a little questionable. But otherwise it's a very good store, always clean. There is no public bathroom. There is parking nearby in the shopping complex. This place is honestly the best to get your cigarettes from because it's cheaper than going to the gas station. They do not carry chewing tobacco though, so if that's what you're looking for, your best bet is just go to the gas station.

First review did not go through- ignore any reviews talking about a not so great woman bc I don't believe that person even works here- I asked. This establishment has a VERY DEDICATED HARD WORKING dude who provides excellent customer service (managing multiple customers at the same time/builds report with customers/efficient/knowledgeable/patient/calm temperament/kind/knows the products sold) and he works weekdays MOSTLY I believe. The owner is super kind and knowledgeable as well and obviously knows how to manage a store and his staff.Items are priced well here and are high quality. There usually are not smoke shops that have deals on CAKE BRAND CBD VAPES. They have everything whether you smoke tobacco or CBD. And you can find any pipe here too (like I found a sphere hash pipe) but BE WARNED quality customer service does not mean "supports illegal stuff" so if you get a pipe like that it better not be for illegal smoking bc your ID info is given to police bc smoking m*th or other (idk the weird stuff?) Isn't associated w anything cool so don't mess up their business ok? it's following the law AND supporting counter culture at the same time that makes Cloud Heaven especially professional.More about products- I can be a lofty shopper and everything in the store I wanted costs me less than $60.I work in the area and this is my go to shop now for my tobacco and gifts for my strange pals :)

Only went twice, never again. First I was charged $16 for the item I bought, the second time I was there, there was a different employee working and I was charged $22 for the exact same item. Both prices are absolutely ridiculous upcharges compared to shopping online.Scummy place, I recommend Vapor Max instead.

I would avoid this place, its a rip off, go to Reedy Creek down the road, prices are 20 to 30% less. Flying monkey preroll is $14 here only $10 dollars there. I'll never go back here

Good store lots of product. Allie's always helpful and I tend to come when she's working because of that. Honestly she deserves a raise for all of the rude customers I've seen in there.

Alli has been extremely helpful every time I've gone in. She's got helpful little signs everywhere and always points me in the right direction! Huge variety of products to choose from and has everything you need!

I used to love coming here and go out of my way to buy from this shop. However, there is this one lady who works there now who is just SO RUDE. She always seems mad that someone is there trying to purchase something and makes me feel rushed and uncomfortable. If you walk in and see an older heavy set lady at the counter, get ready to feel like you are the biggest inconvenience of her whole day. I found a new store because of this one lady, she is that rude and shouldn't be working there.
