We have been going to Chatham Animal Hospital for 11 years now and the reason is simple - they provide amazing service and the vets are simply the best. Let's start with Dr. Bailey - not only is he extremely competent, but he's such a delight when you speak with him. Always really good advice and you won't find a more caring person. The there's Dr. Cradick. She's just as kind, caring and competent as Dr. Bailey and always a delight to see. There was also Dr. K, who recently retired. He was wonderful and both his son and daughter worked at the Hospital (daughter still does and she's just as much a delight as the rest).
I would highly recommend Chatham Animal Hospital to anyone who wants excellent care for their pets. As I mentioned before, this is based on having been going there for 11 years and looking forward to many more!

My succession of cats have been clients of Chatham Animal Hospital for decades, and I can’t imagine taking them anywhere else. The veterinarians and staff are always compassionate, understanding, and forgiving of annoyed cats who offer their own “customer feedback” during visits. Everyone at CAH gets major props from this Cat Staffer!

I’ve been taking my dog to Dr Bailey at Chatham for 5+ years and have had nothing but great experiences, both with routine checkups and for a severe surgery. He also diagnosed some difficult issues and has always been a pleasure to deal with. The office staff are great too and overall I can’t say enough positive things.

We recently adopted our first dog and needed to establish veterinary care. Chatham was very nice from the start with getting us scheduled, we were able to get in the next day. Dr. Stutts was very kind with all of our questions and concerns, providing us with all the tools to make decisions best for us and our dog. The technician Cody was also very kind, even offering to bring us some things we forgot to take when we left since we live in the same neighborhood (I was able to come back but it was the thought that counts). My dog and I even saw him on a walk soon after and he was kind enough to recognize us and ask how we were doing. I look forward to continuing our care here and would recommend to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

Since day one, last year, everyone at Chatham Animal Hospital has been so amazing!! They love on my dog like he belongs to them!! He used to have extremely high anxiety when having vet visits, now it’s much better! I cannot recommend this place enough!!! 5 stars is not even close to how how awesome they are!!

Great experience with Dr Bailey and staff. Took my dog for routine check and it was pretty smooth. Highly recommend him. He came recommended by 3 of my neighbors and they were right. Really happy we found him in NC.

The staff is friendly and efficient, no matter how busy they are. My dog usually sees Dr. Bailey, who is knowledgeable and kind.
The staff is always happy to see my dog. They really care.

Highly recommend Chatham Animal Hospital! All the staff are amazing and Dr. Cradock is wonderful. You can tell how much she cares about animals and their welfare as well as that of their owners. She always provides multiple options of care. We’ve had a great experience and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The staff at Chatham Animal Hospital are the most supportive and compassionate around. My sweet dog is 15.5yrs, deaf and near blind, but he knows he’s in good hands when he’s in their capable hands.
