I got here at 10 and was told the service would take about an hour....cool. An hour and a half later, I asked how much longer it would be and was told they were finishing up. It is now 12:12...nearly 2.5 hours. Don't tell customers one thing and do another. It's unprofessional and inconsiderate. At the very least, if it has gone past the time you originally stated, update the customer on an ETA. Never again. Nice lady at the front though.

Felt Cheated After Inadequate Car Service. Poor Service and Miscommunication Led to Vehicle Breakdown.
I recently brought my car in for service and had a terrible experience. After inspection they gave some list of issues that needs to be fixed. Since I’m planning to sell my vehicle, I decided to only go with the minimal fixes to keep it running at least for few weeks in the meantime. I made it clear that I just needed the car to be in decent running condition for now. They have charged me $1000+ to fix one of the issue however they didn't tell me that this is not going to make the vehicle run. Unfortunately, despite trusting them to handle the basics, my car broke down on the road just within few minutes of taking delivery after the service, leaving me stranded with my family in a single land road with no shoulder.
It's clear that the issues weren't properly addressed, and I feel like the service team didn't take my concerns seriously. If the vehicle is not even going to run for 5 miles then they shouldnt have just fixed one issue charging my $1000 and I would have sent it for crap. Unnecessarily I had to pay $1000 for nothing! The lack of attention to detail and failure to follow through with the necessary repairs was incredibly frustrating.
I expected honesty and professionalism, but instead, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or safety.

I recently went in for a safety inspection. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to get me in anyways. That was a huge help. I’m thankful they were able to squeeze me in with such short notice. The service is very professional, everybody was extremely friendly and positive. Next time I need major repairs I’ll be sure to go to them for a professional opinion.

I tried the pickup up and delivery service for the first time, as I do not have a lot of free time on my hands. The service was professional and convenient. Also, they were able to get me in quickly perform all the required services needed and get it back to me in a timely fashion. All in all a great experience.

Thanks to Bobby for getting my tire puncture repaired quickly and getting me back on the road. The courtesy ride is a nice service. The new check in area and waiting room are also very nice

We have started using Chapel Hill Tire's services for our fleet. They have impressed us with their speed and service. We love the shuttle availability and look forward to continued work with them!

Hit a massive pothole at midnight, tire was toast. Limped to close by Chapel Hill Tire and left overnight. Got in touch and had it all sorted next day. No pressure, no upsell. Good shop I'll keep coming back to.
Thank you.

Super Easy to schedule, price was competitive, and gave the vehicle a through lookover. Will definitely come back again

We have been using Chapel Hill Tire in Cary for a few years now and have always received excellent service. But we just had a complicated, complex problem with our Ford Escape. Alex (manager) and his crew worked quite hard and went above and beyond the call of duty to fix our Escape. My husband and I trust this shop. We enthusiastically recommend them.

This location recently changed hands from Bull Tire to Chapel Hill Tire. My first impression is that they operate like a dealership service dept. Up-sell! They give you a color coded report with red being items that need immediate attention. For example, My tires are cupping and all they say is that my struts are weak which is causing the cupping. I changed my shocks and struts 2 years ago with upgraded Bilstein struts/shocks. Another item in red was to change my spark plugs. The truck has 118k miles and the plugs were changed at 110k. There were several other items on the red list but as far as I can tell only the cabin air filter was needed.
I recommend people consider other shops that don’t lead you to believe your vehicle needs a complete refurb.
If your “ mechanics” need Carfax to tell them if something is new or old they’re not mechanics. I don’t have a problem with suggestions or reminders, but they should not be in a red/critical service area.
Yes, the boot is leaking and will be addressed, but it would be taking more seriously if it was the only thing or one of a couple things that do need addressing as opposed to everything on the vehicle just based on mileage alone and not expertise. I believe that is deceiving your customer base .
