I’ve been contemplating leaving a review because I typically don’t. But I just keep thinking about the literal brand new baby at this center. My son was there for three months and has came home to diaper rash more then once the last time was BAD and that’s when I was ready to unenroll I left work early to go get him and take him out and before going in the class I peaked threw the glass and seen Ms. Elizabeth bend over half way to set him down and just let go and drop my 9 month old down. And that was the last time he was there. Ms Elizabeth is the only one good about uploading pictures is the most positive thing I can say. If she’s not in forget an update on your kid. I got there one time and was told by the afternoon teacher I was supposed to pick him up way earlier due to him not feeling well but no one called or wrote a message on the app. I would also have MANY days where I’d pick up my baby and he was only given 2 5oz bottles in 9 hours. At home he was drinking a bottle every two hours. There are many days they will email and tell you that you can’t bring your kid in due to understaffing or they are closing class early. I just feel like some kind of reimbursement for time my kids not there due them would be considered but nope. Corporate reached me one time I’m assuming in hopes I wouldn’t write a review and to act like they care because I got a refund literally 12 hours later. Quickest refund I’ve ever got… they said they will help find placement for my kid elsewhere and never heard back. A week and a half later I reached back out and was giving one class that honestly didn’t look much better then the one I took him out of and they only had full time spots available we were looking for part time. Never heard from corporate again. They lack communication in all as a facility when we were active there and now as corporate. You’re a paycheck to them. If you can find elsewhere. Do it…UPDATE: That whole 3 months my kid was going there he would cry every single day at drop off and he wouldn’t sleep the entire time he was there and even at 6M old. He’s at his new daycare and a week in stopped crying at drop off and hasn’t cried sense even during transition to his new class he’s been there about 2.5 months now. He eats lots threw out the day he takes naps there every day they have outdoor splash park they do and fun activities you can view a live camera and they still send lots of updates I never have to pick him up early he’s not always getting these crazy illnesses anymore and he’s so happy there. I thought he just didn’t like daycare but it goes to show how bad this place was actually mistreating him. And I still pay the same I did as Kindercare with a WAY better experience. Please know there’s way better with a team that will take such good care of your baby.

Would give it a 0 but I can’t! By FAR the worst company well managers I’ve ever worked for. I doubt it was Kindercare but the director and assistant director need to be gone. They are the worst I’ve ever experienced. I just cannot. They don’t take proper care of the kids and for sure not the staff. They gossip about all the parents, staff and kids. The list goes on as to what’s wrong with this daycare. They’re constantly losing kids because they’re very unprofessional. They shut down every other day or week. I’d never work for them again in my LIFE! Please send help to this school and get REAL help !

I have three children that attends this KinderCare and it’s nothing but amazing. Starting in the infant room with there amazing teacher Ms.Elizabeth one of the best.. the other teachers are great also they are always calling just to get a feel of the family checking in to make sure we have no concerns.the communication all around is amazing . Ms Danielle the director sets the bar high for any other daycare hands down.

We really wanted to love this center. My son only spent a little over one week here before transferring to another Kindercare location. The asst director, Tricia is great! She was caring and helpful from start to finish. Each interaction with her was great! The director, Danielle....I don't think she wanted my family at the center. She was abrasive and rude from our first encounter. Just not the type of energy you'd want your child around all day. Even after making the decision to transfer my son, Danielle attempted to have an unprofessional phone call with me. I definitely recommend researching other Kindercare locations before deciding on this one.

My daughter started here last month, they asked question on how to better understand my daughter. there always doing great activities and sharing through their app. as have the kids updates on what they are doing it is amazing

Cary Towne Kindercare is one of the best centers my daughters have attended they teach, care and mentor. My daughters love going there and are always excited to be there with all the wonderful teachers. The staff are involved and always have a smile on their face.Update: Since the Pandemic the center has taken all types of precautions to ensure my girls are safe and that i have piece of mind when i leave them there. The communication level here is outstanding and always kept me informed when the center closed and still keep me informed of any changes.

As a FTM, Cary Town KinderCare has been nothing but wonderful helping me through all the firsts of sending your child to Daycare. My daughter has grown so much from her first day which wouldn't be possible without the amazing staff/teachers! 100% Recommend!

We love Kindercare. Mrs Danielle and her staff has done an amazing job with our son and his development. They keep us up to date on everything and are always involved in a lot of fun and learning activities.Switching to Kindercare is one of the best decisions we made. We highly recommend them!

We have been going to KinderCare Cary Towne for years, we have 3 children. Since coming back we are very pleased with the way this center operates amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic. Our children range from 8, 4.5, and 5 months. I was most skeptical wth sending my baby but I’m so thankful for what the staff and management have put in place to put my mind and heart as ease.The teachers and staff are amazing highly recommend!

We have been so pleased with Cary Towne KinderCare. Every person who works there knows our child's name and used to greet us as we walked through (we are not allowed inside the building now due to COVID-19). They care about our child and our child is bonded with the teachers and director/assistant director. They are accommodating, and the director is so good about responding to parent concerns, requests, and questions (which helps put us at ease!). We have had a few minor concerns and they always get straight end out ASAP. Since the COVID pandemic, we were really concerned about sending our child back to daycare; however, the cleaning measures the staff have taken are wonderful and we feel comfortable sending our child there. We take the temperature at home and they take it again at the door. Parents wear masks at drop-off and pick-up and are not allowed in the Center (just in the lobby area). Everything is wiped down and sanitized and they have made adjustments in the classrooms, but have not sacrificed education and having structure and activities for the children. We are very pleased with Cary Towne KinderCare!!

We've been with cary towne kindercare for 3 years now! We absolutely love the teachers and the director! One of my daughters is two and shes so smart! Her teachers are AMAZING!

I have a son that is 17 years old now. He was apart of this center for at least 11 years. During those years I built a rapport with the staff. They are at least 5 ladies that has been there for many many years. Danielle,Kema,Tameka,Annette,Melissa. As I birthed my 2nd child in 2015 she was deemed to be there also for the past 3 years nothing but professionalism,caring,and positivity from the entire staff. Best Director a center can have is Danielle!! Hands down we are blessed to be apart of this family.
