Hannah provided pertinent information and discussion, which helped us begin our search for a home in the Raleigh area. We worked with her team member, Rachel Ting, who delivered an outstanding service. She was always there for us throughout the arduous journey of purchasing a ‘to be built’ new home. Hannah and her team went above and beyond from the minute I first spoke to her on the phone, to the final closing on our new house. My husband and I worked with Hannah over the course of 10 months when we decided to both sell our home in Cary, and buy a new one in Apex. Hannah knows the Triangle markets extremely well so I trusted her to sell our home quickly and competitively. What really led me to her though, was the praise from her past clients for her experience with new home builds, which is exactly the type of realtor I was looking for.Sure enough, Hannah helped us navigate all of the ins and outs of new home construction, and her sharp eye for detail really came in handy at all the inspections and design center appointments. When we ran into some issues with our builder, Hannah was always so gracious, giving us advice on how to handle the situation and helping us weigh the pros and cons at every turn. Hannah never shied away from stepping in for us and advocating on our behalf and it paid off at the end, as we ended up securing a beautiful home.Finally, the entire team at Cary Raleigh Realty was so efficient and communicative. Kudos to Danielle and Joyce for making the home selling process so easy. I hardly stressed at all when we put our house on the market. This is my second time enlisting Hannah’s services. When I purchased my first home, she was incredibly informative and had a wealth of knowledge of the area where I wanted to buy. She was firm but pleasant in negotiations, provided helpful financial tips given I was a first-time home buyer, connected me with a top-notch home inspector, and was always cheerful. Ten years later, she has just helped me sell that same property. Unsurprisingly, her firm has also grown significantly in that time, and now employs an even greater level of marketing, scheduling, analytics, communications, and vendor networking sophistication. (Regarding vendors -- after interviewing multiple teams for multiple jobs, we went with Hannah’s recommendations, and each vendor was amazing! Not only did they do impeccable work, but they essentially coordinated their schedules around each other to ensure that the collective job was complete by our ambitious “go live” date. Slab repair work, new flooring, full house painting, and professional cleaning were all completed start-to-finish within 12 calendar days. Several of the vendors alluded to their deep respect and appreciation for Hannah, and hence their willingness to be so flexible and committed to getting the job done. So if you use Cary Raleigh Realty as your selling agent, know that that comes along with an entire network of highly skilled and professional vendor connections.) Anyways, Hannah is not only unmatched in her knowledge of the area and industry, but she is incredibly nimble and shrewd in all negotiations, with the charisma to match. When Hannah speaks, it seems EVERYONE listens ?. Meanwhile, one should likewise know that in all things, Hannah’s team holds themselves to the highest levels of integrity and honesty. Hannah and her team are the best! She helped to sell my parents' house back in spring. The house needed work but turned out great after we followed her professional advice. All communication was extremely easy and in time. Around closing the buyer's attorney unreasonably challenged my parents, due to the attorney's lack of knowledge. Hannah kept communicating with her and made sure the closing was smooth. I will highly recommend Hannah to anyone that I know.
