Dropped off our pressure washer because it wouldn’t start for us. Customer service was outstanding both at drop-off and pick-up, and the gentleman we dropped it off with explained to us how to avoid the problem in the future. The shop is clean and the service was done in a very timely manner.

I brought a very old Echo blower in for repair. The staff was extremely helpful, and they were able to repair my blower at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Clay’s to anyone in need of small engine repair.

Had a craftsman push lawnmower that wouldn’t start. They helped get it out of the SUV and after describing what happened they told me what they thought but would investigate. They turned out to be right and was solved with a basic mower tune up. I admittedly don’t take great care of my mower. It was about 130 total including 50 upfront. Let me know that it was ready by text and I picked it up. No complaints.

I really would love to buy things here, since it’s a local shop. But they’re never open when I’m off work. 8-5 and closed weekends are not great hours for a store like this. I end up having to buy from a big box store like Lowe’s or northern tool because they have what I need when I need it.
