I have searched ( for what felt like forever ) for a great Daycare, with nice people who care about your kids and it shows. They do lots of fun , cool activities all the time with the kids. The Director ( Shae) , Assistant Director ( Kari) and my sons teacher ( Ms. Mya) have been so amazing since we got there and never lacking on communication.

I came to this location a few times to pick my nephew up. Each time, I kid you not, staff was always on their personal cell phones, kids running wild. Unacceptable. Luckily my nephew no longer goes there.

As a previous employee, and parent who has had 3 children at 3 different centers, I’ve had a bad experience at each one. Aside from the horrible care I received for my children; During my employment with the company I was constantly left out of ratio, which seems to be the case with most of the centers. Most times with 17/18 kids by myself , when state ratio is 9:1. Fast forward , I found another kindercare in Cary for my daughter to attend in hopes she would be in a better environment. After enrolling her about a week passed & when I picked my daughter up she had fallen off a shelf and got a black eye. I let that incident go as I know things do happen & a few weeks later another incident occurred in which I dropped my child off to school @8:30AM picked up at around 6PM and she had on the same diaper I had brought her to school in . That was the last straw and I removed my daughter and resigned from the company. If you care about the well being of your children ; don’t send them here or any kindercare location. It is not possible for 1 teacher to successfully care for and prevent injuries when they are caring for 17/18 kids by themselves.

Would give -1 star rating if possible. This daycare has TOXIC leadership. I'm so relieved that I was able to move my children to a new center where they are thriving, after several years at Cary Heights. My advice, take your children and run!

I searched high and low for weeks for care for my one year old son, and I couldn’t find a place better than Kindercare Cary Heights. From the time you walk in in the mornings to the afternoon, they are welcoming, professional, and provide excellent care. I was nervous given this was my first time needing care. My son cried a lot and really was attached to me, but in the matter of a few weeks he has become more social, transitioned from bottle to sippy cup smoothly, and is now on a regular sleep schedule at home. The teachers, Mrs. Jenny and Mrs. Heba exude patience with the children. This is the best decision I have made for him.

I have wanted to write my experience with this kindercare but have waited to get my daughter away from the daycare first. I have a multitude of concerns in regard to this daycare. My daughter was enrolled here in early 2022. We were in a way slightly desperate for a daycare due in large part to them being full and out of our price range. My first concern was when my daughter fell off of a swing set during outside time, landing on her face. I asked her if any of the daycare workers noticed it happen and she said that they hadn't but she had told them she fell. When I asked what they were doing when it happened she informed me they were on their phones. Both myself and my partner were pretty upset. The doctor we took her too was also quite concerned. My daughter had a bruise on her face but the location was concerning due to the fact she could have easily broken her jaw and she felt the daycare should have been more concerned about a young child with a head injury. This daycare has also repeatedly sent our child home for "pink eye." Of which not one instance has been diagnosed as conjunctivitis by a doctor. It is always allergies and we have brought in doctors notes to that affect. But the calls to come pick out daughter up are constant and at this point are probably well into the double digits. We have also arrived at this location to find the daycare closed twice with no call or notice. The notice for the daycare to be closed was sent out the SAME DAY well after drop off times. This is extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate and beyond unprofessional. The next incident is extremely concerning both to my partner and I and to outside agencies and other parents. My daughter's primary caretaker at the school had what I can only describe as a total meltdown during class one day. Kids at this daycare are told to "sit along the wall" if they misbehave in attempt to discipline and remove them from the class. One of the children sitting along the wall began to cry. My daughters teacher, Myra, began to call the child a 'crybaby' and started to mock the young child. She then encouraged the other children (including my daughter) to mock the crying child also taunting the crying child and calling her a crybaby. Myra started throwing children's lunches on the ground and when the children stopped calling the child a crybaby Myra instructed the class that they would all get in trouble if they didn't continue to bully the child. When I asked my child about this she said "I didn't want to do it but I was scared I would get in trouble. They made me be mean." My daughter then reverted to a behavior she hadn't displayed in near a year, nighttime tantrums. I cannot tell you the rage I seethe with when recalling this absolute travesty and the utter failure of people put in a position of power. It disgusts me in a way I have never felt before. A grown woman forcing children to bully another small child. I hate thinking about the effect it had on the child being bullied after seeing how my daughter was affected. We began seeking out new daycares taking solace in the fact that Myra was fired on the spot. What more could they do but fire a problem employee right? But then my daughter began telling us she saw Myra at the daycare again. Surely she's just picking up a last pay check right? No. Her mother and sister are both employees at this same daycare. All of this has been reported to kindercare corporate and applicable agencies and the management at the daycare itself (though now I realize this was pointless). So all I can do from here is get my child to a new and safe daycare and try to warn prospective parents from sending their children here. This is a flatly dangerous and mismanaged daycare run by people unfit to watch and care for our young children and infants.

My family and I are very satisfied with Cary Heights KinderCare! The staff has been extremely helpful and caring since our first phone call inquiry. Compared to other leading childcare services we have tried, this center has made the most meaningful impact in the life of my son and our family.

My 2 year old loves this center! We recently transferred from another center and were welcomed with open arms. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and caring. All of my questions were answered and I felt at ease leaving my daughter here! The director & assistant director are attentive & very nice. The staff is great too! They genuinely care about the kids.

My kids have been going here for over a year. Both love it and look forward to going. My littlest one is making great strides in speaking and interacting with others since she has been attending the pre-k classes. Runs in every morning eager to get to class. Chris is awesome as Director in working with situations that arise. Shae keeps the details and communications on time and clear and is great with the updates. Would definitely recommend.

As a new mom, the staff and team (Chris, Shae, Perla and Ashley) at Cary Heights has welcomed me and my 3 month old baby with love, compassion and professionalism. I was completely blown away when they allowed me to come in and hang out for an hour to ‘absorb the atmosphere’ during the interview process. I needed that piece of mind as a new mom and not only did they give me that, but they continue to impress me daily with how dialed in they are with my daughters’ needs and upcoming milestones. They truly are our home away from home and our little girl reminds us of this every day see greets us at pick up with a giant grin.Thank you for treating our baby girl with so much love. We appreciate all you do!The George Family (and baby Shay)

He is learning allot and reaching more milestones than when he was just at home or with friends. The staff is great and he teachers are amazing. I would recommend this KinderCare to anyone! The McDuffy Family

This is our second week, I must say I am super happy with Cary Heights Kindercare. My 3 yr old son had never attended a daycare center, and I was super worried about his transition, luckily the staff and teachers made the transition smooth. Yes we had a few tears, but they helped him right through it! The atmosphere is always so warm and inviting. My sons teachers are both great and awesome communicators, and the front staff has been amazing!

We transferred here from another Kindercare center and it has been such a great experience for little one! Our first day, Mr. Chris greeted us warmly, and even remembered my son's name. The atmosphere and energy in this center is very warm and inviting! My son talks about school all the time, and we have little conversations about his day in the car when I pick him up. Him being comfortable and able to smoothly adjust to a new environment was so important to our family. I'm glad we made the decision to switch centers. Huge thanks to Shae and his teachers as well! Definitely recommend!
