There is no better experience at any other automotive shop in Cary or the United States for that matter! This family owned business takes pride in servicing the community and make you feel like family the moment you open the door! Really good honest friendly service as always. I have been coming here for 17 years now and they will let you know if anything needs doing but have never tried to sell me something that is not needed. Would highly recommend.

I took my Ford Escape to this dealership for issues with my car being stuck in neutral and I was told that this required a $1,144 repair to completely replace my shift cable. After doing my own research and calling other shops, I was told that the cable is most likely not broken and that there is a simple fix to this.
With little mechanical knowledge, I was able to easily make the repair with a $20 part on amazon and watching a short Youtube video. I paid $175 for a diagnostics fee and they recommended a totally unnecessary repair without mentioning any other options until I did my own research. My hood would also not latch correctly once I got my car back which required additional work. I would recommend calling for other quotes if you are told you need an expensive repair from this shop.
