Steve actually fixed my window on my IS300 - 2001 and he went over and above what a normal shop would do. Great service and much cheaper than other body shops but removed one star since it takes a long time to get scheduled but that is definitely understandable due to the post pandemic era we are now in. Prices are lot more competitive than other body shops in the Triangle and excellent customer service from the individual who helped my family. Thank you.

Steven was very responsive and sent me a quote very quickly after reviewing pictures that I had sent him. We set up an appointment for a few days after he ordered the part. He repaired the vehicle in a very timely matter, quicker than anticipated, and he actually fixed it for less than the quote since it took less time.
