computer came 35 days after i ordered it, this was for a customers car so in the mean time i had to order another computer to get my customers car back on the road. then they would not issue a refund because i asked 3 days after the "refund period". There was no wiggle room at all even though the computer came 3 weeks after they said it would.

Ordered a pcm and next day said couldn't program any for my car ok that's fine the said could cancel and get refunded so I canceled and said it was cancelled and refund should be 7-10 days from 8/21/24 still have yet to receive it and contacted number only to say to email so I emailed with no response then finally one but they say the have to reissue refund and have to wait more and could use that money for bills... customer service here isn't great

Would NOT recommend doing business with these folks. Got a PCM with programming error. Sent it back and they only credited half my payment. Return Policy bad and overshadowed by their "Iron Clad" guarantee

I mean, they took my computer and sent it back. Told them what issues it was having. They sent it back and it started having the same issues. Yeah it has a warranty, but the warranty shouldn’t have to be used as soon as you get it back and install it and then wait another week or two. People on the phone verified the VIN but then sent a link where I had to enter it anyhow. Called and they didn’t even see a record of sending it to them, and they never sent confirmation it was sent to me after. For all I know nothing was even done to it except the paper to say how to reconnect the battery after installation. Spend a bit more and just get a replacement.

Put the computer in followed the steps started my jeep turned off started again engine light back on so took it to the shop they are saying the computer not good so i want another one please so for now im giving it a one ⭐

New PCM fixed check engine light on 2006 Chrysler pt cruiser. I was getting codes P0714 and P1603. Car computer exchange, was prompt with shipping. I did take pictures of all stickers on my used PCM and sent them to car computer exchange to make sure i got the correct programming. Car accelerates snd idles way smoother now.

Great communication, part was packed well,
Plug and play and working flawless
$$$ was reasonable considering for this vehicle and year it was no longer available
Time with shipping was good, the only thing that caught me off guard was the return corn in 7 days to get warranty, between putting part in, making sure done with old part, box &
Mail, that’s pushing it, I had to drop everything
Else to meet that deadline, part worked great so core was shipped next morning
Customer support/communication excellent

What a dishonest vendor! PCM didn't start the vehicle, it would just turn it over. Asked to send it back and they said sure. What they don't say is we will only give you a little over half of your money back! I paid $279 for the PCM and $19.95 for s/h. They provided a refund 30 days later instead of the 7 to 10 days they claim. They refunded $158.95 and shorted me $120.05 on a faulty product they claimed would work. What a joke, never recommend them to anyone, not even to fix a tricycle. I would give a zero if I could!

I would definitely recommend. I called and ordered. Gave them the VIN to my truck and they programmed it. Said it was plug and play it was. I have lights and bells on my truck that hasn't worked in forever that are now working. My truck doesn't die going down the road anymore. Thanks alot!!!!!!!
